CHAPTER 26

SERAPHIEL

after having that encounter with Lanze, everything sailed smoothly. We've been doing great with our relationship although Raphael's still being against it out of his personal grudge, but everyone else seems fine with it.

Since then Lanze has been brimming with confidence that would often annoy the hell out of my twin brother. In the same manner, I know that those sentiments are completely sincere. I think our relationship is going very well.

We would like to invite Lavender in our little picnic, to make amends with her and lighten up the mood kahit alam naming hindi siya papayag. But after the incident at the cafe she was nowhere to be found. Lanze's mother said she might have taken a trip out of the country.

"You think she's ok?" Lanze asked me once. I know what it feels like to have a friend ignore you and act as if you don't know each other. I did that. And all I can do is comfort him.

"I felt a pang of guilt" I suddenly said. Pero ganon ba talaga? In love there's always this one person who get's hurt unfairly. I don't like that, but I want to be with the person my heart chose.

But I would really want to talk to her, in sometime I guess.

Thinking about it now, wala naman kaming malalaking pag-aaway na nangyayari between us, no matter how I look at it. Sometines we'd have a small dispute about childish matters, but that's all there is to it, a small dispute.

I like that our ambiance is more mature now.

Nagkaroon din kami ng girl time ni Aven. It was quite often at nakakapagod dahil kung saan saan ako hinihila ni Aven. I'm not a shopping kind of girl, pero kailangan ko siya samahan sa bawat mall or stores na nakakakuha ng atensyon niya.

Kapag nasa opisina naman siya at nabibista ko, I often hear him shout, curse, and fire the people around her and I would always greet those people with a sorry.

Napapadalas rin ang pagkikita namin ni Indigo Millan. Actually they are working on a new project that is as of now a top secret. And I heard they were hiring soldiers.

"Why don't you hire Lax?" I suggested. Hindi naman available si Gab eh, and Lanze is focusing on his winery.

"No way in hell, I would do that" her reply. Palagi silang nagiiwasan. It's like a routine now for them.

Kapag si Lax naman kausap, walang matinong lumalabas sa bibig niya. He would end up avoiding it with a new topic.

"Pag ako naglabas ng baho niyo, sira pangalan ng pamilya niyo" sabi niya noong inasar namin siya ni Raphael. His going back to service in a few days.

And my twin brother's getting busy too. With his girl ofcourse. Hindi ko alam ang status pero nakakapagtaka lang na sipag na sipag itong pumasok araw-araw, na para bang highschooler na inaabangan ang crush sa school for inspiration.
