"Aren't we supposed to spend it together?"
Kanina pa nag mamaktol si Lanze sa tabi niya. Magkasama silang nag grocery kanina para bumili ng food supply dahil balak nilang mag out of town sa isang resort. As soon as they arrived at their destination ay agad na sumama ang mood niya. Pero ang hindi niya inaasahan ay ang biglang pag sulpot ng tatlong tao.
"Nabawasan nga ng isa, may natira namang tatlo. Tsk"
"Stop sulking bro. Let's just chill" sabat ni Laxelle na nakaakbay sa kaniya.
"Yeah. It's no fun if it's just you and my sister. Kj mo naman." sabi ni Raphael na nagbaba ng mga bagahe nila.
"I already bought this resort." Si Aven na pumipirma ng kontrata. "Let's enjoy guys" masayang sabi nito.
Tumingin si Lanze kay Seraphiel na kanina pa tahimik lang na nakatingin. Malamang ay nagulat din sa pagsulpot ng tatlong kabute na ito. She just shrugged at him saying that she also doesn't know why those three are here.
"Ok so mag meet nalang ulit tayo sa restaurant ng hotel na ito for lunch. Magpapahinga na muna kami. Byeeee" agad na hinila ni Aven si Seraphiel patungo sa elevator papunta sa kwarto nila. Lanze was about to protest peo hinila na rin siya ng mga lalaki.
"Why are you here?" Agad niyang tanong ng makapasok sa silid. Aven was not looking at her in the eye so she made a move to get closer and intimidate her.
"Ok. Ok I'll tell you!" She sat on the bed and waited for her to speak.
"Tito Rafael insisted that we should all go! He said by all means, all three of us should go"
Her Father ofcourse. He sent them to spy. Napabuntong hininga nalang siya. Wala naman na siyang magagawa dahil narito na ang mga ito.
"It's good that you actually can handle each others presence" Aven exactly knows what this talk is going to be.
"Laxelle and I are both acting as civilized people. Hindi naman kami gagawa ng ikasisira ng mood ng lahat"
"Nag-uusap na kayo?"
Umiling ito. "Only if Raphael is around, para hindi awkward"
The thought of what Eziq told her suddenly barged into her mind. She was taking this chance to privately talk with Lanze without everyone getting in their way. Nasira ang mga plano niya. Is this a sign that it's not the right time to talk about that kind of thing with Lanze?
"Aven...naisip mo bang linawin lahat between you and Laxelle?"
"If it's over thinking, then yes. Maraming beses. Binuburo ko lang ang sarili ko sa trabaho para maalis ang ideyang iyon. And Indigo..." they both fell silent. She can't choose.
