Patton sighed, he wanted to at least make a friend. He felt lonely and scared. Why didn't his parents tell him about this before?

The innocent boy tried to get comfy in his tied up state and sighed heavily. He wanted to cry but nothing wanted to come out. "I wonder if mom and dad are okay, and Emile.."

Logan finished reading and his work, and a thought crossed his mind. Why was he trying to be nice to his captive? It made no sense. He and his family took away an random child, just for what? A couple of dollars?

He couldn't wrap his mind around it and left the library and walked to his room quietly, books in hand. He had to do more work tomorrow anyways, and he needed his rest.

The boy changed into his pajamas and laid in bed, why should he worry?

~~~~~~Timeskip to the next day~~~~~
Logan woke up to his alarm on his phone. Sure he could've had a maid do it, but he liked to be independent. His tutor hour started at 8 AM, and he woke up at 6:30, the sun barely coming out.
He went to his closet and grabbed black pants, with a dark blue t-shirt. There was no need to be formal for the day, so he went to the bathroom to get in the shower.
"Patton! Patton! I'm right here!" Emile exclaimed while hugging his brother
Patton sobbed happily and smiled "Em!!! I'm okay, I'm right here!"
"I thought I'd never see you again!" The younger brother in pink said tears flooding down his cheeks.
"I won't leave again, okay?" Pat said happily
"Wake up now." Emile said seriously while shaking Patton gently.
"W-what?"
"Come on. Here, I brought you something." Said a stoic voice
Patton stirred awake, "Hello? Emile?"
The figure of a tall man was there, he had a identical tux as the boy, but had a yellow tie.
"My name's not Emile. Here you go kid, you might be hungry." The man had a hint of sympathy in his voice and untied a bit of Patton so his arms could be free, then handed him a plate of some eggs, hashbrowns, and a pancake with some silverware.
"Thank you sir!" Patton said happily while eating his meal.
"You're welcome." The man said swiftly while walking away and taking one last look at Patton before closing the door. The boy had waved, and so the tall man waved back gently and closed the door.
"How is he?" A man with a mustache and green tie asked, concerned.
"He's fine, Remus. I feel bad for him. He's just a kid, but those stupid lying fools didn't pay their debt."
"I know, we should've killed them!" Remus exclaimed, excited by his own idea.
The man with the yellow tie laughed "We injured the father and left the mother and other child alone."
Remus whined like a child, "Fineeeeee, but only because you said so, Janus!" He said while kissing the man's cheek.
Janus smiled and blushed a bit. "Is Logan ready for school? Its 7:30, and he still hasn't eaten breakfast."
"I don't know, I'll go check on him!" Remus said happily while running up the stairs to Logan's room.
Janus smiled and glanced at the closed door once again. 'Poor kid..' He thought while getting a plate of food ready for Logan.
Logan dried himself off from his shower and put on his clothes, he put his dirty ones in his closet and grabbed his books and homework and headed to the library.
"Hey kid! You gonna skip breakfast?" Remus shouted from the hallway.
Logan chuckled a bit "No, I am simply going to place my books in the library then join you and father for breakfast."
Remus ran up to Logan and smiled "Okay, well try not to be to much of a nerd today!"
Logan rolled his eyes and pushed up his glasses, coldly.
"Just like your father, cold and menacing!" Remus said sarcastically.
Logan walked into the library and put down his materials then left with Remus, they both walked down with the occasional small talk and found Janus eating his food.
"Morning Father." Logan greeted
"Good morning Logan, your plate is right here." Janus said while gesturing to the plate of bacon, eggs, pancakes, and hashbrowns.
"Thank you, Father" Logan replied while sitting down and eating. Remus sat in the middle of both of them, yet far away (It was a large table, okay?)
"Any plans after school?" Janus asked Logan, he wanted to bond with his son, but had been so long.
"No, just studying over the weekend."
Remus glanced at Janus and had an idea "How about we go shopping? As a family?"
Logan finished a piece of bacon and looked up "I suppose."
Remus beamed with happiness and looked at Janus for approval, and he had nodded and smiled back. "That sounds like a terrible idea, Darling."
"Yay! Let's go to a mall tomorrow!" Remus said happily.
Logan smiled a bit softly and ate a bit more "Adequate."
Janus glanced at his own watch "It's almost time for school, Logan. Its 7:47."
Logan stood up and pushed in his chair and drank some juice quickly, "Thank you father, thank you dad." Then walked upstairs to the library where his tutor was waiting for him.
When he had opened the door a friendly voice was heard "Good morning Logan."
"Good morning Mr. Sanders, I apologize for almost being late today."
