Don't Speak

Y/N POV(of the last chapter):

Spencer still isnt home, it's been a few hours since the normal time he'd arrive. I hope hes okay, I know how dangerous his job is, and it scares me at times.

I'm dragged out of my thoughts by a knock at the door. I cant help but left my mind drift to the dream I had a few weeks ago. So I check before I unlock the door... and... its JJ? Why is she here?

I unlocked the door

"JJ, why are you he-?" The pretty blonde interrupts me.

"Go put together a go bag, your location has been compromised." I dont even asks questions as I go to follow her instructions.

I get my necessities, and go back to her. "I've got what I need." She nods as she leads me out the door.

We get into the car and she starts to explain in more detail.

"We found where your ex was living, an apartment close by, we went to find him today. Well I guess he was prepared for us because they sent Hotch in, and he was shot. Your ex is on the loose. Spencer bought a little cabin off the beaten path a few years ago, when Maeve died. Not only was it for a safe house, but it reminded him of Gideon." She paused "He loved Gideon like a father and when he lost Maeve and then him it crushed him, for a while. Hes worried that it's going to happen to, what happened to Maeve and he thinks it's his fault."

"Why didnt he come to me and tell me this!" I exclaimed aggravatedly

"It was safer this way. Kinda like witness protection."

"I just want this to be over, not just for me, but for Spence. I'm worried he's gonna get hurt, and that's the last thing I want for him, especially if it's my fault." JJ just sat in thought for a few seconds.

"You guys are so clueless."

"What do you mean?"

"You'll understand all too soon."

Why cant I know now? Is she talking about Spence liking me too? No. Why would he like me? Who would ever like me? I'm worthless and only put people in harm's way.

The voices start again.

The car stops.

"We are here. Welcome to your new abode." JJ smiles.

Well, this is gonna be a wild ride.

(A/N [not proof read] if you cant tell, I'm trying to write Spencer's thoughts and Y/N thoughts similarly so you can tell they have the same feelings about themselves. The plot is thickening though ;) vote and comment luvs ✌)
