Christmas Part 1

Padme P.O.V
I sighed and slid a book into my locker. It was the last day before Christmas Break. Everyone in the school has been needing a rest. I couldn't wait till the end of the day. I was having a senior Christmas party. Technically everyone was invited. But I was really happy that Anakin, Ahsoka, Rex, Ventress and Lux were coming. Rey, Poe and Finn also said that they might make an appearance. My mom was decorating and had been researching recipes. She told me that she was going out to dinner with my dad though, so we would have th house to ourselves. She really was the best. But first, we had to get through 8 hours. I felt a hand slip around my waist and a small smile came to my face.

"Hey Ani."

"Hey Angel. Excited for tonight?" His voice was low in my ear. I turned around and kissed his nose. He blinked in surprise.

"Yes I am. And I am determined to get Ahsoka and Lux to confess their feelings for each other tonight."

Ahsoka and Lux has been flirting for the past 2 weeks. Wait, let me rephrase that. Lux has been flirting with Ahsoka and Ahsoka has been oblivious for the past week. There. Better. He clearly liked her. I think Ahsoka liked him to but just didn't see it. Either way, I was going to talk to her,

Anakin frowned. "They're too young to date."

"Anakin." I chuckled. "That's not true. You just don't want to lose Ahsoka. But she wouldn't do that."

"That's not true!" Anakin protested. "She wouldn't."

"I know she wouldn't. But you clearly don't because your still nervous about losing her. Ahsoka wouldn't leave you Anakin, she cares for you to much."

"I care for who to much?" Ahsoka voice came from next to us.

I spun around. "Nothing! No one. We're just talking about the Christmas Party. Are you excited?"

Ahsoka looked suspiciously. "Yeah... we're you guys talking about me?"

Anakin let go of my hand and walked over to Ahsoka and slung an arm around her shoulder. "Nothing snips. We were just saying how much you hate me."

Ahsoka rolled her eyes and gently elbowed him. "Yes very much I hate you. I'm actually here to tell you that I hate you so much I don't need a ride."

Anakin stepped back. "You don't need a ride anymore?"

"No." Ahsoka shrugged her backpack up on her shoulders. "Lux is giving me one. We're running to get gifts for you guys. I haven't bought them yet."

A smirk crept on my lips. "Oh really?"

Ahsoka brushed her hair over her shoulder. "Yeah, I have great gift ideas." She grinned.

"Why Lux though?" Anakin's voice came out as slightly whiny. I stamped his foot and he muffled his Yelp.

"Because, you cant see what I'm going to buy you. And What's wrong with Lux?" Ahsoka questioned,

"Nothing is wrong with Lux. And Anakin has to help me set up anyway. So it's fine. You two have fun."

Ahsoka smiled. "Thanks I will. See you tonight!" She bounced off down the hall.

I turned to Anakin with a glare.

"Sorry Angel." He murmured sheepishly

I shook my head. "What am I going to do with you."

Lux P.O.V
I stood by the doors of my Current Events classroom, nervously tapping my foot. I was hanging out with Ahsoka before Padme's party and I was just a little nervous. Okay I was a lot nervous. She was perfect in every way, but I was way to scared to make a move on her. First off I knew she would kill me if I push anything she didn't want. Which I never would, but I didn't want to scare her. Second, I wasn't even sure that she liked me. She kept her emotions so well under control. Third, Anakin had been giving me weird looks at lunch. Slightly resentful too. I didn't want to get in his bad side, and we had been pretty good so far. The bell ringing brought me out of my thoughts snd I ran out the door.
