Youi sprinted to her room as soon as the Shin family left. She can't bear to have that stranger around her anymore.

She sighed in relief as soon as she closed the door and locked it.

"What are you doing?" Youi stiffened as she heard that voice again.

Don't tell me she's—

Youi slowly spun, her jaw dropped when Hades is now lying on her bed.

Youi took a deep breath and is about to shout but Hades was fast enough to shut her mouth with her hands.

"Hmm!" Youi tried to speak even if it came out muffled.

"Don't be ridiculous, peasant. Your father let me stay here, you don't need to shout." Hades spat the words sharply, her eyes turning black for a good ten seconds before returning to blue again.

Fear crept on Youi's whole being, nevertheless she nodded and Hades let her go.

"How did you enter my room?" Youi asked, completely puzzled.

The latter smirked and soon after she teleported using that pitch black smoke, letting herself lie on Youi's bed.

"I am your superior, peasant. You have no right to question me yet you are allowed to ask." Hades muttered and snapped her fingers, her previously black female suit became a pair of silky black sleep wear.

"Lay down, peasant. I do not wish to have any physical contact but I got a mission to finish." Youi slowly nodded and proceeded to the bathroom with her own sleep wear. She faced the mirror and breathed, trying to calm her frightened nerves.

"Okay, Youi. You're Youi Persephone, you can do this fucking shit. She's just a psy—"

"I can hear you very well, peasant." With that being said, Youi immediately closed her mouth and changed her clothes immediately after doing her night routine.

She stepped out of the bathroom and junked her clothes on the clothes bin.

She gulped as she eyed the Goddess lying straight on the bed, her eyes fixed on the ceiling.

"Lie down, peasant." Youi carefully slipped under the covers and turned her back at Hades.

She doesn't want to engage in any contact with the lady. The fear she got is enough, she don't need more.

"How rude of you to turn your back on me, face your superior, peasant." Youi is obviously irritated with how the lady addresses her.

Youi sat and faced the lying lady.

"I have a name for fucking sake! Don't call me 'peasant'!" Youi outraged, amusing Hades.

"Oh, I apologize, pea—Persephone." Hades smirked at the raging black-haired lady.

"Stop calling me that! 'Youi' is fucking fine." Hades is getting entertained with the lad's rage.

"You have no right to order around your superior, Persephone! I'll address you what I want." Youi shut her mouth when she heard the slightest tone change in the Goddess' voice.

"I'll call you 'Persephone' and you can not say anything about it, understood?" Hades sat too and stared at the now-silent lady.

Youi nodded and gulped at the view of Hades' unpleased expression.

She laid down and faced the ceiling, not daring to look at Hades' face. She closed her eyes and pulled the sheet up to her neck.

She's silently praying to all the Gods that are present. If it is a nightmare, she should've woken up.

"I can hear your prayer, Persephone." Hades whispered on her ear, sending shivers to her spine.

Damn it. Youi cussed inside her mind.

"I am not a dream nor a nightmare but a wish, a deadly wish." Hades added.

Youi felt all the hair on her body stood in fear. At the very moment, she just prayed to fall asleep faster.

"Prayer heard, Persephone. Have a pleasant sleep." After that, a whirlpool of sleepiness took Youi in. She felt the slow sways her mom used to give her when she was still an infant along with her mom's soft lullaby.

Hades stared at the sleeping human, her eyes not leaving the gorgeous face. She settled beside Youi and closed her eyes.

Don't sleep, come forth.

Hades' eyes shot open when she heard her uncle's voice. She's annoyed yet she shouldn't deny her uncle's call.

She stood on her feet and scratched her hair, obviously pissed as she teleported using her black smoke.

She reached the mountain in no time, as she expected there is no darkness. Only the light and everything bright are present in the mountain, her sleep wear is completely out of place.

She sighed before walking to the great hall again. Her uncle is sitting at the far end of the hall.

The gorgeous face of the God is masked with an unamused expression.

"Why did you call me? I was about to sleep." She asked, not minding the rude tone she gave off.

"What were you doing down there, my dear niece?" Zeus asked.

"Dealing with my mission." Hades' answered boredly.

"Do you know what your mission is, my niece?" That made Hades' stop. She doesn't have any single idea what to do in that house nor in that sharp-tongued lady.

She fell silent, waiting for her uncle's continuation.

"You are tasked to mimic her sister-in-law, my dear niece." Hades' eyes turned all black as she heard her uncle's statement.

"What?"

"You were meant to make her feel loved and not scared. What you were doing is completely against the mission, my dear niece." Her body stiffened when she heard the word 'against'. She has never done anything against the higher's words.

"Every wrong doing have it's consequence. Do you remember what it is, my dear niece?" Hades is visibly nervous as she try to recall the reminders that was said to her when she first started.

Doing anything against the deities' words are like burning oneself in a pit of hot lava. The assailant is to be burned and the soul is jailed for eternity.

Hades gulped as every word rang in her ears again.

"Nevertheless, I am amazed that you tamed a wild soul like hers so I can let this pass. In return every rude encounter the two of you have, a heart is to melt and a heart is to hurt. Beware, my dear niece." Zeus smiled at his niece and in a quick snap of his fingers Hades was sent back to Youi's bed.

Her eyes are back to blue again, her chest heaved up and down in nervousness. She can not ignore her uncle's words. The God given mission is always to be fulfilled. One mistake, one failure, one wrongdoing, and her life will face it's downfall as well.

She knows how the people praise the deities good deeds yet the deities themselves are not. They're ruthless, savage, prideful, and mad.

None can escape a deities wrath and she's well aware of it. The deities value words so much, it is what shows one's personality and values. Do wrong or against words and you'll face your worst nightmare.

"Father, give me strength." Hades muttered under her breath.

She call her father's name whenever she's scared or nervous. It gives her strength, energy, and the will to continue.
