A heart is to melt, and a heart is to hurt. That is what Zeus had told his niece. Thus, what does it mean? Whose heart is to hurt? Whose heart is to melt?

For superiors like them, words like these have deeper meanings. Words, promises, oaths…all means something.

"For your lord's grace, what have you said to the young Goddess?!" Ares furiously asked Zeus who's sitting at his golden throne.

"I have told her nothing!" Zeus replied, the God of War is always so eager to roast him using his words and he cannot let that happen.

"It is against the prophecy to spill anything to her!" Zeus added, all of the Olympians he needed is sitting at the Great Hall.

"Withal, why did the Hall turned into chaos?! We are strictly educated by her patriarch to not engage her in any stagerring reportage!" Ares retorted, eagerly making the God of Gods ashamed of what he had caused.

At one chair of the round meeting, Athena quietly sat. Her unusual silent demeanor caught the eye of Aphrodite. In exchange of words like this, Athena is the first one to make a fool out of anyone with her wit however she remained calm and collected with this fiery exchange of words.

But how can she intervene? When it was said to the prophecy, a Goddess is to break it. A goddess is the one who will bring the blessing and chaos at ones.

She is the one who is responsible of it. She beared the child first and passed it unto a human to hide it.

"Enough!" Athena's loud firm voice echoed at the Great Hall.

"Why are you so eager to wake her when she is just a mere human? A mere demigod?!" Yet Ares didn't stop, making Athena's patience wear thin.

"I said enough! Who are you to speak ill of my child?!" All heads turn to her, except from her father, Zeus. Her old guy have known it from the very start.

"Child?!"

"Hades Demise is the only one who will bear the fire and wit inside her. Hades Demise is the only one who bears darkness and light inside her. Hades Demise is my child!" Athena's deafening voice made the hall gasp.

The other Olympians turned to Zeus.

"I have known it ever since! You are not of priveledge to accuse me of anything! We all gifted her the saint and evil! We made her who she is today!" Zeus defended.

Hades Demise possessed the twelve olympians' gifts, be it the good or the bad, the nice and evil.

"She is capable of anything! Do not question! The mess you had seen at the Hall is nothing compared to what her hands can do! It was all her voice and wails who caused that small chaos!"

"Small?! The whole Greece is intact for millenia because of these seats and all she did was wail and shout, the whole land could've sunk if not, the world! You say it is small?!" Ares is really stubborn.

"I had resumed it all back before the doom happen, speak nothing of chaos! You are to blame for this, you had given her the patience small as an ant!" Zeus's veins popped out due to his irritation. Ares slouched in shame as Zeus have pointed out the thing he had done.

"Enough of the ill-talks! I do not wish to hear any unpleasantries towards my child! The world will fall unto an uncurable disease of stupidity if you speak ill of her!" Athena sharply threatened everyone inside the Great Hall.

She is not the best mother for giving away her child to a human. But she had watched her grow into a lady.

She is not the best mother for not cradling her child like she had done on her other children. But she had been extra devoted to her unlike she is to her other children.

She is not the best mother for not showering her child with affection she needs. But she had been doted to her needs behind the human mother the kid had grew up to.

She is not the best mother but the child is her greatest treasure.

"I may have failed as your mother but I will not fail as your Goddess." Athena spoke as she watch her daughter be comfortable in a human girl's arms.

"I am here to listen to your words. I am here to give your needs, wants, wishes, and her." Athena added as she watch how fond her child is to the human girl she is with.

She turned her head as she sense someone behind.

"Cousin." Athena's face is painted with displease as she face her cousin, Persephone.

"What do you wish of me?" Athena asked, her voice expressed distaste.

"It is with my utmost conscience to apologize. I have been cruel to you for not letting you see your daughter." Persephone sincerely spoke.

The damage has been done. She cannot turn back time to make up for the lost times she is supposed to fill. Her daughter is way too far now, even her fastest chariot cannot run through the gap that has formed between them.

"I am fully aware that you have known how your daughter and I have caused a lot of chaos under there." Persephone added. She remembered all the silly things they have fought about. She is very much overwhelmed on how the child have controlled herself whenever they make a war.

The child have been always so controlled with her, with all her provoking, the child only threatened her to burn her but didn't do it nonetheless. There, she had proven something.

The child values family the most. She realized it whenever the child will go and pamper her human mother. She had seen it whenever the child's black eyes shine with gladness if her father had acknowledged her. She had experienced it whenever she catch the child's worried glance at her everytime she struggles on something.

"Her patience is nothing like Hercules' strength but her control had surpassed Hercules' amount of strength. You are known to be disciplined, witty, and collected." Persephone started to explain.

"And she is trying, she values her family. She values you, me, her human mother, and Hades so much. I have heard her address me as her mother in her prayers. I have heard her call for you countless of times, hoping for a reply. I have heard her seek all of her parents to give her strength." Athena is nowhere near a crier but with Persephone's words, she feels her barriers crumble down for her child.

"She may look strong, her strength is undeniably powerful. However the true power and strength comes from within. In her, it comes from us. Heidi and I may not be the best match but she tolerated me. Hades and her may not be as close but she respects her father so much. You and her may not have the ideal relationship but I know she seeks you."

Athena felt her heart clench.

"All you have to do is approach her, Athena. Go and approach her. Approach your child, approach your daughter becasue she waits for you."
