"There's no way Lindy!" Amy says as she looks me dead in my eyes terrified and worried.
"I know it may seem angry but It happened! The one guy I met last night was killed! So the serial killer must have not have showed up last night.... Or he might have. I don't trust any of them" I yell in spite that she'll believe me. There just has to be a way that I can't find this guy. One thing that I do know , as I told Amy; I can't trust any of these guys. For all I know they all could be in this, but many say it's one person. I'm so frustrated, I want to find my sister. I wanna hug her again and tell her how much she's loved and appreciated. I never wanted any of this to happen to me, to her; to us.
"So.. What are you gonna do?" Amy says in a tone of anger and exhaustion.
"I'm gonna find my sister, find this serial killer and get the hell out of here!" I say grabbing my laptop, walking out of my bedroom, running downstairs. Amy follows.
"Lindy!" She yells.
"Stop.. Don't yell my name. It reminds me of my last time seeing Sarah and I don't want to remember." I say shaking my head and putting my hands over my ears .
"Lindy if we're gonna talk, let's go sit at the table and have a real conversation." She says gripping my shoulder with one hand and pointing at my kitchen table with the other.
"Ugh" I sign with a stank face. "Fine.. Fine!" I say bucking my eyes. We walk over to the table a have a seat.
"Has it ever crossed you mind that she .. You know.." I look at her confused.
"... Is dead?" She says in a quiet voice.
I look at her gasping, shocked. Words at the tip of my tongue but unable to come out.
"No! I'll never think like that Amy. I know what we can do. We just have to have an action plan and I know exactly how. I run to my bookshelf , underneath it I grab some computer paper and lined paper , along with 2 pens. I sit back down and suddenly start to smile.
"I know how we can do this! With my skills of hacking and your skills of your mind.. Power stuff". We both start laughing.
"Okay.. Time to get serious." She says actually meaning it. I hand her a piece of paper and a pen. I tell her we need to plot on when we meet up with more guys and how. As we figure that out and write it down, I tell her we need for her to make an account.
"Double the trouble, double the fun" she says.
"Yea, so shall we get started?" I say With one eyebrow in the air , stroking my hair behind my ear.
"Yea, let's go". She says with a smirk. I grab my laptop and go immediately to the site.
"What do you want your username to be?" I ask her.
"Amy Smokes" she says laughing.
"Inside joke?" I ask her while smiling.
"Yea you had to be there". she replies.
"Okay, set up your password and you should be good" I say to her chuckling and handing her my laptop.
"Alright your all set up". I log her out.
"Can we set up the rest tomorrow?, I'm kind of tired" she tells me. I know she's lying but I agree and say "okay" anyways. At least i know we are one step closer to this sick human being. I close my laptop and walk with her to the door. "Bye" we both say at the same time. I go to the kitchen, grab my laptop and I run upstairs to take a nap as well.
