Chapter 8 (long)

Still Harper's POV
Friday (at school)
"Oh my gosh! No way!" Hailey gasps. If your wondering, I told her what happened at school on Wednesday so now she knows.
"I also met her at the bar..." Michael says
"What?!?! She's too young to be at bar, Which one did you go to?" Hailey asked.
"The one near a car place" Michael said
"Yea she's too young, the bar is named 'the Good & Fun' and it's only for people 20+ or older" Hailey said
"Oh wow, she must of lied about her age" I said shaking my head. We were sitting outside for lunch hour and I only ate a chips bag from the venting machine.
"Yea, she also follow me where I lived the following day I believe" Michael said and rolled his eyes.
"She's one crazy hoe... and I know Mrs. Brenda and her have to be related because they act like thirty bitches" Hailey said and I laughed and Michael only scoffed in agreement, then the bell rang.
"Yes! Our last class!" Hailey said.
"I'm glad today is early release day" I said then one of Tracy's friends comes in out way.
"I need you to follow me real quick alone..." she said and I gave her a ride look.
"Why should I! Your friends with Tracy" I scoff.
"Just come with me it'll only be a second!" She said and I just nod my head.
Alert me if anything. Michael said in my mind and I give him a thumbs up before walking in the hall with Tracy's friend.
"Now what do you want..." I say and she sighs.
"Look I'm sorry for causing you problems, I can't stand Tracy anymore..." she said and I looked shocked as I sense that she was telling the truth. She started to tear up as I winder what really happened.
"Hey... hey don't cry I forgive you..." I say feeling a bit bad.
"I'm sorry for crying like this" she said wiping her tears.
"Would you like to go to my house after school? Maybe we could talk about it" I say and she nods.
"Okay well, you could ride with me after school, but I have to go" I say.
"Okay...thanks" she said and I give her a warming hug that made she smile.
"You really needed it." I said and she smiled again before waving at me as she left.
In class
"What did she say" Hailey said.
"She doesn't want to be friends with Tracy anymore" I said as we had free time in our last class sense we only had 45 minutes in classes.
"Ohh. So your gonna talk to her" she said understanding as Michael just looks around for a little.
"Yea, she seemed very sad so I invited her to my house" I said.
"Oh dang I wish I could come..." Hailey said
"Why?" I ask
"My dad is planning a surprise birthday party for my mom today and is inviting the whole family and he wants me to be there" Hailey scoffs and rolls her eyes, she seems to not like her dad a lot lately.
"Ohh well I hope the party goes good at least" I say moving a strand of hair from my face.
"It better!" She says and we both laughed.
End of the day
"Bye Hailey!" I say and she waved walking to her car.
"Hey..." Tracy's friend said from behind me and I smile.
"Hey! Here, let's go" I says and she smiles before following me to Michael's car. I realized that Michael hasn't really said a word after lunch but it was okay I guess.
As we get to my house I take Tracy's friend to my dance room and she places her book bag down and sits down.
"Make your self at home! You can take your shoes off if you'd like" I said being nice.
"Thanks!" She smiled and took her shoes off but kept her socks on.
"Would you like to talk about what happened with Tracy?" I ask and she shakes her head.
"Oh sorry I didn't tell you my name! It's Savanah" she said.
"Love that name" I comment
"Thanks" she said before taking a breath.
"It happened 2 days ago when I was hanging out with my ex boyfriend sense we agreed to just stay friends, when I see Tracy walking with MY boyfriend in the ice cream shop" she said
"I thought it was just regular so I continued talking with my ex when they come out the shop and started kissing outta no where. And my ex got mad because he knew Tracy and how she always acted and confronted both of them and-" she said before holding back her tears.
"I broke up with him and threatened Tracy not to text me ever again and don't try to make me do bad things to you... that's why I didn't go to school nor did Tracy because she was busy probably fucking him" she said and I felt bad and rubbed her arm but he hissed a little.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"Sorry I hurt my arm pretty bad during girls Basketball" she said.
Should I heal her? Maybe we could become friends first! A lot of questions comes in my head.
"I'm sorry you had to break up with your boyfriend" I said
"It's fine." She said
"That's why Tracy hated me now, I've told Michael and Hailey this but not all of it." I said
"So you know how Tracy's old boyfriend used to try and talk to me" I say and she nods.
"Let me tell you I promise that I didn't like him but that one day he kissed me and I shoved him away but Tracy got the wrong idea so that's why she hates me." I say rolling my eyes a little.
"She's always so bitchy around people before even knowing them" Savanah says and I nod in agreement.
"Ohh you dance?" She asks and I smile nodding my head
"I do to!" She said and took her ballerina shoes out of a separate bag.
"Wow! I usually dance when I am a bit stressed" I say.
"Me too, I also go to dance classes. But I couldn't go because my arm is hurt" she looked down a little.
"Can we be friends?" I ask
"Oh course I'll be your friend! I'm still really sorry for the way I treated you" she said
"Don't worry that was in the past" I say and have her a hug.
"Thank you for listing to me" she said
"No problem!" I say and she smiled.
I put on my dance shoes and go in my points for a little as Savanah watches me do a few turnes and splits.
"Hey how about you put your dance shoes on she show me what you got girl!" I cheer her on and she giggles.
"You girls want a drink?" Michael asks nicely.
"Yes! You you bring four bottles of water?" I ask with a giggle and he chuckled before giving up four bottle of water.
"Thank you, and how did you know!" I ask and he smirks.
I have my ways doll face. He says in my mind before walking away.
"Ooo..." Savanah smirked.
"Shhhh" I giggle.
"Don't say he likes me!" I blush a little
"Okay okay I won't" she puts her hands up in surrender before putting her hand down in pain.
"Do you need some ice?" I ask and she shakes her head yes.
"Okay I'll be right back" I say and go down stairs where Michael is and go in the freezer with I keep the Ice packs and grab one going back upstairs.
"Here you go" I say and place it on her arm where it hurts.
"Thanks Harper" she said and sighs as she sits there.
I really do feel bad...
"I've only told my other friend Hailey this but remember that earthquake at the school?" I said and she nodded her head yes.
"Well it was me...I couldn't control it" I said and she looked shocked.
"Wow that was you!" She said and I chuckled nodding my head.
"Oooo show me what you can do!" She said and I grabbed her hurt arm softly and lifted my hand with the blue fire and healed it.
"Try to move it" I say with a smile and she stands up and stretched it.
"It doesn't hurt anymore!" She said with a big smile.
"Your welcome, but promise you won't tell anyone" I said
"I won't say anything to anyone, I can keep secrets" she wiggled her eyebrows and I laughed.
"Let's dance!" I said and put some music on.
Michael's POV
Hearing the music coming from the dance room, I sit down in the library in my true form sense no one was around and read the book that I didn't finish reading from last time and hum an unfamiliar tune.
Sense I finished the book I read another one called "Liberian Girl."
It was about two lovers who loved each other and wanted to get married but their parents wouldn't allow them.

I start to sing without even thinking.
Little did I know that Harper was watching me as I continued to sing the song that popped up in my head.
