Chapter 5 (long)

A few days later
I wake up from my alarm and realized that I have to go to school.
I groan and get up taking a shower, brush my teeth and hair then put on some cloths.
I hear my phone vibrate and I see it's Hailey.
"Hey" I said as I grabbed my book bag
"Hey girl I got to the school early today" Hailey said
"Oh that's alright I'll just meet you there" I said putting my hair in a low ponytail.
"Okay bye" Hailey said and hung up as I walked down stairs.
I stop when I have a clear vision. I'm your body guard and babysitter for when you go to and from school.
"You okay there?" Michael asks as he stands behind me.
"Your going to be my body guard?" I ask Michael.
"Reading my mind girl?" He laughs
"No I had a vision" I said
"I hate those..." Michael mumbled
"Yea I know, it ruins everything sometimes like right now" I roll my eyes grabbing a breakfast bar.
"Well that is true but, I got information from your mom to be your bodyguard when your at school meaning I have to follow you to each class and make sure that another earthquake doesn't come" Michael smirked a little while saying the last sentence and I got mad a little bit who can stay mad at this curly haired man?
"Fine...let's go before I'm late. And I'm guessing the school principal already knows about you being my body guard" I say and he laughs while walking outside.
"You are smart but slick, don't let those A's fool you girl" Michael said and started the car as I got in.
At the school (sorry I'm lazy)
Once we get to the school I spot Hailey with a huge smile on her face
"Hey Harper!" She says and gives me a hug.
"Hey girl!" I said and Michael walks beside me.
"What is Michael doing here?" She questions but I know she's not mad at him.
"I'm supposed to be her body guard when she's in school so nothing happens." Michael informed
"Ohhhh, okay well let's go" Hailey said as we walk in the school to our lockers that were next to each other.
"Ughhh I forgot that we have Math next" Hailey said, I laughed at her a little because she hated math and I always have to help her when we get homework.
"Let's hope we don't get homework" I said as the bell rings.
"Come on Michael" I say as he following behind me to my Math class.
"I swear I hate this lady, she is always a hoe towards the boys that are cute" Hailey mumbled as we passed her and sat down.
"Oh wait sir!" Mrs. Brenda said
"Mm?" Michael turned around.
"May I ask who you are?" She blushed a little.
"I'm Harper's assistant body guard" Michael said professionally.
"Oh well could you come over here" Mrs. Brenda smirked and Michael stared at her reading her mind.
"Maybe after the class? You have students to teach" Michael said with a hint of attitude. Me a Hailey giggled silently as Mrs. Brenda's face looked taken back from Michael's response.
"Okay class open your books to the same page we were working on before spring. She said seductively walking getting all the boys attention except for Michael as he looked at me for a little.
Is this teacher trying to get my attention?  Michael said in my mind, I tried to respond but couldn't and I just nodded my head looking at him from the corner of my eyes.
She already has 8 boys attention that should be enough for her, women. Michael said and sighed rubbing his temple I as I laughed.
The rest of the class Mrs. Brenda tried her hardest to get Michael's attention, even when he left the classroom to use the bathroom she tried to follow him but I stopped her to ask a question that already knew the answer to and she looked at me like I was disturbing her flirting which I was.
Later first class
The bell rung finally and next was science with was an old man but soon to retire.
"That lady is nuts" Michael says as he leaves Mrs. Brenda's class.
"I'm so sorry you had to go through her" Hailey says
"But she's not the only one you'll have to deal with, you see, you look like a high school student so some of the 'popular girls' will try coming after you" Hailey says.
"That won't happen" I say getting a little angry as I see Tracy's face with her group of friends.
"Harper come on" Michael and Hailey say as I turn my head and walk the was to science.
"Ok class come in and sit in your assigned seats" Dr. Harr said in his horse voice.
"And who Might you be sir?" He said as I sat down in my assigned seat where there an empty chair.
"I'm Harper's assigned Body guard Mr. Jackson" Michael said. Jackson eh? I said in my mind but Michael seemed to hear it. Can he hear what my thoughts are? And Michael nodded his head. Harper you are literally speaking to me in my mind, and I didn't even teach you!! Good job!! Michael's voice says I'm my head and I smile a little.
"Okay well you can sit in the empty chair near her sense CeCe Clark is not here" Dr, Harr said and Michael nodded his head as he comes to sit next to me with a smirk.
"Harper guess who came to class?" Hailey said whispering as the teacher sets up his projector.
"Who?" I said
"My crush!" She said and I turned around laughing as her crush sits 2 rows away from us, he was a very smart man, with glasses but they looked sexy on him from what Hailey says, he has short dirty blonde hair and is light skinned. He is also half Black half Mexican, not bad for a good looking boy, smart to.
"You should try to talk to him" I said and Hailey laughs silently.
"I'm pretty sure he doesn't like me." Hailey said looking at him and he blushed when he made eye contact with her and looked back as his computer.
She's so beautiful. He says in his mind and I smirk but I'm not going to tell Hailey what he just thought about.
"You reading minds again Harper?" Michael whispers in my ear and I jump.
"Shhh" I say as Dr. Harr shows us some interesting things and a few videos.
"This class is better than that crazy teacher of yours Mrs. Brenda, isn't she married?" Michael whispers.
"Yes she is but she is using him for money because he is a lawyer" I whispered back and took my notes.
But that's nasty, I am older than her and she is trying to hook up with young boys. Michael says in my mind.
Yea I know, she once took a 17 year boys virginity. I respond and Michael gasps. Okay I'm done with this conversation. Michael says in my mind and I chuckle before looking at Hailey who is trying to pay attention but almost gave up but I rubbed her arm.
"I'll help you at my house if your dad lets you" I whisper and Hailey smiled and put her pencil down rubbing her hands.
Gym class (last class)
We finally reach the gym as we enter the girls locker room getting changed.
"Wait here for a second" I say as me and Hailey walk in the room.
I put on my comfortable gym cloths.
