Harper's POV I wake up tiredly and stretch my arms when I realize I'm not on my bed nor in my room. I'm in Michael's room. "You awake Harper?" I hear Michael's voice come from the bathroom as he comes out with the same cloths from last night. "Now I am" I yawn. "Oh okay well you can go to your room and get dressed and whatever you need to do" he said walking into his closet. "At least a good morning" I mumble "Morning!" I hear him say and I laugh before leaving his room and going to my room to brush my teeth and take cold shower just to wake me up for the day. Grabbing my black book bag I run down stairs and grab a breakfast car and run out the door locking it where Michael waits in the car with his regular black shades on. Arriving at the school "It's just you and me for now." I say with a slight smile as we walk inside the building. Walking towards my locker with Michael beside me I can hear every conversation that is being held throughout the school school, even on the field! The bell rings and I encounter Hailey's crush. "H-hey" he said "Oh hi!" I said and he looked down Oh no! Where is she! "Your friend Hailey is she here today?" He asked. "I'm sorry but she's not here she went out of town for the rest of the week but she'll be back next Monday" I say and he nods his head. "Do you want her number?" I say and he blushes a bit hard when I say it. "yes! Yes!....I mean yes I do." He said and I chuckled as he gives me his phone so I can write Hailey's number down. "Here you go! It's probably sundown where she is at but I'm sure she'll answer you" I say and he thanks me before walking to the opposite class as I walk in before the second bell. "Oh great your math teacher again" he mumbles as Mrs. Brenda and him make eye contact. Hey Michael looks like she knew you were coming today sense she's dressed like that. I say in his mind as he sits down next to me groaning softly. "Umm sir could you maybe come here?" She asks and he looks at me before finally getting up to talk to her as I use my good sense of hearing to listen to the conversation. "May I ask why are you always following Harper Green around all the time?" She said with an attitude. "I'm her body guard why else would I be following her?" He said already annoyed. "Well because the principal didn't tell me". She said. She is lying, only some of my teachers don't know but she knew! "Okay well I'm Jackson to you and bye, you have students to teach Mrs. Brenda" he said and I laughed. "Harper Green! If everything is funny to you how about you teach!" She said angered as I stood up and went to the board writing something down.
