Quirk: Axolotl
Basically an Axolotl. You don't have the same shape as its head but you can transform yourself into it. Those little head ferns do appear in your normal form.
You transform into a full Axolotl when your whole body is in water.
You also startle people sometimes when your head is like an Axolotl.
I swear, they're so cute.
Search it up if you don't know what the species is. :)
I think this is original. I haven't seen fanfic where there is an axolotl quirk.
