You rapped your fingers against the table, nervous. You had texted Shouto to come to the kitchen at midnight. You didn't want anyone to listen.
You flinched when you heard Shouto come in. "Hey (Y/n). I got your text."
He sat down across from you.
"Y-yeah, I wanted to say something that no one could hear..." You fiddled with your fingers.
"What would that be?" He encouraged. He was trying to be patient but he hoped it was what he thought it was.
"Candy cane, will you go out with me?" You softly said, staring at your lap. "You don't have to if you want to."
You didn't hear him stand up and head to your side. You gasped when you felt a hand on your head. Shouto had leaned down to meet your level.
"I would love to, baby."
Your face erupted in red. "R-really?"
"Of course, why would I lie?" He grabbed your hand and kissed the back of your hand. "I love you, (Y/n)."
You started to tear up. "Are you sure you want to date me?"
"I love you since we became friends."
You laughed nervously. "I don't remember when..."
"The day you saved Abi."
"Ah..." How could you forget? "Hehe, sorry..."
"It doesn't matter, I love you either way." He said with a slight blush dusting his cheeks.
"You're such a sweetie pie." You giggled. "My Todo."
"My surname?"
"'Todo' means everything in Spanish." You said, gently smiling at him. (Spanish is my first language. Anyone who relates, does anyone remember a show named Candy Candy? It's okay if you don't remember or don't know)
He blushed harder. "Really? I never knew that until now."
"You're my Todo." You wrapped your arms around his head, bringing it to your chest. "Literally."
He sighed in content and wrapped his arms around your waist. He squeezed, tucking his face in between your breasts.
"You smell good." He whispered, closing his eyes. He felt calm and drowsy.
"Candy cane, we should go to sleep. Sorry, I waited until midnight, I bothered you---"
"It's fine, I don't mind as long as you're with me."
Sweet words caused a blush to dust over your cheeks. You cleared your throat.
"We should...go to sleep--"
You felt him stand and grab your waist. You looked down at him as he started walking towards the elevator.
"I-I can walk!"
"You might escape so I'll bring you with me, baby."
You blushed at his nickname and wrapped your arms around him. "Don't let go of me, my Todo."
"Never, (Y/n)." He kissed your neck and pressed his head against your chest.
The elevator doors opened, allowing you both to enter, later heading to his room to sleep. He laid you on the bed before laying down next to you.
He wrapped the blanket around you and him, pulling your body closer to his.
"May I kiss you?" He asked, cupping your cheeks.
