Izuku's Pov:

About an hour later I heard a knock on the door, I smiled with calmness clearly glad they made it back. I leaped off the couch, ignoring my wounds scream out in pain and rushed to the door. I peered through the window to be safe and saw Todoroki standing there with a solemn expression.

With an excited grin I flew open the door and felt him hastily embrace me with worry on his face. I widened my eyes slightly, scared something happened to Bakugo and Iida. He let himself inside and held me close, a tear trailing down his cheek.

Before I could speak, a trembling voice rose from him. "Where have you been?!" He gasped and I frowned with confusion. "What?" I muttered as I got released from his grip and closed the door, worry clouding my thoughts.

He grabbed onto my hand rather forcefully and kissed my cheek, looking into my wide emerald like eyes. "Did you get injured, what happened with Shinso?" He pressured me with an almost terrified look on his face.

"What do you mean? You went off to find the base.." I mumbled, thinking about what could of happened. Did they erase his memory, what did they do?! Suddenly it hit me and I felt a shiver of fear roll down my spine.

"You aren't-" I got cut off as a sharp, pointy needle got stabbed into my back with a insane giggle. "N-no.." I mumbled, trying to stay conscious but to no avail pummeled to the floor. Before I passed out I saw a recognizable grin, sharp teeth and yellow eyes upon the fake.
