PLEASE KEEP IN MIND BECAUSE OF THE AGE I MADE THE CHARACTERS THIS TAKES PLACE IN 2016 just a heads up :) also frames is the bromance that is Fred and James literally I want a friendship like that my dudes also I know the first few chapters suck I'm too lazy to edit them, believe me I've tried but I either don't know what to do to fix them or I accidentally don't save what I wrote and it gets me super frustrated because I really like how I fixed them so I just gave up srry.

James Sirius Potter and Fred Xavier Weasley crept upstairs quietly while Teddy went to go get snacks for the rest of his family.

"Fred, 7th stair!"

James whispered, he'd always broken rules and didn't pay much mind to them, but he knew that they were about to do would make Teddy really very mad, and that made him quite jumpy and cautious no matter how reckless he was, James knew his limits.

"I know James, quiet down, you know Lilly will tell Teddy as soon as she realizes,"

Fred whispered back, exhilaration visible on his face but hinting annoyance in his tone for how scared James was being. He'd never been victim to the wrath of Edward Remus Lupin like James and didn't know how bad it could REALLY get. Finally they made it upstairs and they ran down the hallway into James's younger brother's room. Albus Severus Potter's room was the key to their success on this mission. Albus, had a fireplace that was connected to the floo network. Why? You may ask, well he got sick of all the noise James made and how his little sister Lily was always blasting music so their parents, Harry and Ginny Potter, renovated their extra living room into his new room. There were three fireplaces in the house, one in Harry's study, one in the main family room and one in Albus's room. And James used this knowledge to construct a well crafted or so he thought it was, plan.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Rose Granger-Weasley and Lily Luna Potter were down stairs playing a game of exploding snap with the brand new deck of cards that she had gotten from their Uncle George's joke shop. Lilly looked over and watched her brother Albus and her cousin Hugo they were playing a round of wizards chess. *Wait a minute* But then she heard a snap and realized the card tower fallen. Giggling she looked over at the kitchen to see her god brother Teddy Lupin coming back with snacks eating a chocolate bar himself. She gained her train of thought again, and looked at Teddy

"Where are James and Fred?"

She asked suspiciously glancing toward Albus and Hugo.

"I saw them going up to James room, so beware of EVERYTHING. They might have prankified it"

Teddy said casually.

Teddy had just found out that his God brother James and his cousin Fred were missing but he had saw the two trouble makers sneak upstairs and didn't think much of it because they might have been discussing pranks or whatever those two crazies did so he let his god siblings eat first, but after a while he heard a faint,

"Harry Potter's Study!"

and he panicked. Teddy had never been great at keeping his cool in situations like these so not knowing what to do to get the younger ones away from their beloved food, he tried to make it into game, wanting to trust his god brother and god cousin, he didn't to jump to conclusions so calm as he could he said,

"Guys c'mon let's go! We can go see what James and Fred are up too the trouble-makers... then we can go outside and play a game of quidditch, sound good?"

he added kindly looking at Rose who wasn't all that fond of brooms yet. Teddy herded his siblings up the stairs laughing as lightly as possible at their attempts to be stealthy when they finally reached the top of the stairs, Albus made his hands into a fake gun and banged on the door yelling

"F.B.I. OPEN UP"

Rosie and Lilly burst into fits of renewed giggles, while Hugo made to copy Albus and then kicked the door to his god father and Uncle Harry's study open.

Frederick Weasley the II P.O.V.

James had decided the only way he was getting into his dads office was by floo so they had snuck into the only unsupervised fireplace, which was in Albus's room to do so. James carelessly picked up the powder and threw it into the fireplace saying as loud as possible without people hearing

"Harry Potter's office!"

As the flames engulfed him Fred took some powder and did the same but suddenly feeling nervous said it a bit too loudly but nonetheless the plan worked and they were now inside Mr. Potters study. Both of them high-fived in celebration of their success and proceeded to snoop around and started at their Aunt Hermoine's area. James went to look through her desk.

"Do you honestly think Aunt Mione would keep something important in her desk?"

Fred asked punching James on the shoulder playfully.

"Nah just checking for anything interesting let's check the book shelfs now."

James replied as Fred grinned at him

"I was thinking exactly the same thing"

he said launching into, a search of the books. Then he heard James exclaim

"ooh LOOK it's that thing from dad's story of when he met Grandpa Sirius!!"

*If Uncle Harry used it at school it's bound to be good!*

Fred thought happily as he bounded towards James.

"Wicked!" He said looking at the gold necklace with wonder. Who wouldn't? There was intricate carving on it with rings surrounding a mysterious hourglass. They were just a couple of curious boys.

Fred  bounded towards James and taking the necklace into both their hands and cupping it gently they started towards the door and were talking in hushed voices as they held the intriguing object when they heard Albus say

"F.B.I OPEN UP"

just outside the door and as sudden as they had heard his voice they saw the door open and in the blink of an eye everybody bounded into the room. James, startled, jumped and-he felt the peculiar necklace fall from their hands, it all seemed to go in slow motion as the necklace fell spiraling to the floor, the last thing that was heard was a shattering noise, a thick golden mist filled the room and then
