Alice P.O.V.

I slowly put my hand up and Harry nodded, I ran out to find James and to anybody else you would've thought he'd disappeared not a trace of him but I knew better. We had found a gorgeous window seat when we were younger and played a muggle game called uno there all day where nobody could make us do work or anything it was hidden behind a curtain that looked like it hid a window. We used to be small enough to both be able to sit there, have a bunch of snacks, water, and the cards all there but now we just sat there when we were having a bad day and needed to get away it was rare but we would just cuddle up next to each other and not say anything that was just how we worked. We made fun of each other talked about school and memes our friendship was very random and chaotic in a good way of course, it was entertaining just to sit there and listen to us talk for our families. I walked up the stairs til I reach the third floor and there it was the curtain, I hesitated for a second but decided that if he didn't have anybody in that moment he would just manage to convince himself that he was worthless or something idiotic like that. 'How could Aunt Ginny SAY something like that I mean it was true but the last part was harsh it felt like she was saying she didn't love him anymore' she thought furiously. Calming herself she walked to the curtain and slowly pulled it back. And there he was, James Potter II his breath shaky, he was shivering it was rather cold up there but his eyes looked like they could drop at any second so she sat down and hugged him. Alice's hugs were amazing she could make anybody in the world feel like they were the only thing that mattered to her in that moment. Once she let go she laid her head on his shoulder closing the curtain behind them. After sitting in a comfortable silence for at least 10 minutes a weak whisper was heard

"I-I'm sorry"

"James Sirius Potter don't you dare blame yourself your a curious person who wants to know things you want to figure things out your dad was exactly the same way maybe he was a bit better at doing so because he had a really really smart friend who helped him out a lot but your not him and you never will be."

Alice said firmly she didn't care about being soft anymore he took her head of his shoulder and looked him in the eye. They weren't blank anymore they were heavy and sad.

"But my mum-"

James started,

"I don't give a damn about what your mom says James your an amazing person and this one mistake isn't gonna change that in my mind. Ok?"

She cut him off raising her eyebrow sassily.

"She's right though..."

He said weakly a single tear rolling down his face

"Shut up,"

She advised rolling her eyes and wiping his cheek gently.

"ya know what, I'M your mom now"

She said nodding seriously. James cracked a smile and then Alice smiled and then they burst out laughing like mad people rolling around wheezing about absolutely nothing and everything. :)

Future Harry P.O.V.

As soon as Hermione hung up the mirror she turned to me and said

"Ginny."

I didn't need more of a explanation wiping the grin off my face I nodded and got to my feet and walked outside. There I saw Ginny on a bench with Percy seemingly trying to comfort her with no avail. He turned slightly and saw me I nodded in the slightest and he got up patted me on this shoulder and walked back into the living room.

"Gin?"

I said softly sitting next to her she look up at me her face hard and terrified when our eyes locked she broke down I just hugged her and she buried her face into my neck heartbreaking sobs wracking her body. Harry rarely saw Ginny cry and when he did he felt like all he wanted to do was hide her away and protect her from all evil in the world of course if he ever told her this she would probably slap him and say that she didn't need protecting and he knew that it was just he WANTED to he never said he would. Shaking away his thoughts his tightened his grip on her and pushed her away gently still holding her by the shoulders.

"I'm a terrible mother!"

She sniffed

"Ginevra We- Potter. Listen to me. Everything you said in that room was true and maybe he wasn't expecting it but he deserved it."

He said firmly correcting himself.

"Shut up Potter he didn't deserve that at all! did you see his face I-I never want to see him like that again... oh my poor baby..."

She said scowling at him then droning on about how she missed them so much. 'Wow she really is like Molly-' he thought shaking his head he wasn't sure what Ginny wanted to hear in that moment so he simply held her and let her talk.

Wow ok fluffy chapter k we gone make sure to balance that out ;) I'm evil lol ok soI have like a checklist of things I needed to do for this story and I'm happy to say I did most of it! I fixed the first chapter and I'm actually quite happy with how it turned out I've never seen somebody do that I also added in the intro scene for Alice, her Brother Cedric ik his name should be frank but it sounds like an old person name so- and also Scorpious's intro :) I also added a terrible chapter that's also in the future of how Ginny and Harry find out I was too lazy for detail but it takes place before the lily Luna chapter so if your rereading go to that chapter before the Lilly Luna's Locket chapter! Thanks bub anyways I'm on a roll, I have ideas not very fluffy ideas >:) as I wrote them all down as was like damn I'm dark. Anyways I could ramble but I wouldn't bye bye!
