In my headcanon Noya has ADHD, and no it's not just because he's hyper all the time. Part of having ADHD is impulsiveness such as spouts of anger, stupid decisions, and especially acting without thinking rejection sensitivity, The thought that if someone says no, for example
Person A: Hey can you hang out later?
Person B: No, sorry I have a lot of homework.
Person A would feel like Person B hates them more than anything in the world even with a reason as to why they can hang out People who experience rejection sensitivity aren't able to handle rejection the same way.
