Second Chance (Continuation)

Chapter 3 Part 5

"Photographer?!" Joseph only gives his cunning smiled and waved at him.

"Don't be that shocked. I know you miss me." Leo wants to puke right now. 

Michiko then walked toward Joseph and asked. "You are going to help us?" Joseph nodded. Michiko feels grateful and thanked to him.

"Then what do you mean by four of us? There are only three." Leo asked with confusion. While Joseph only laughed at Leo.

"See who is behind me." Michiko and Leo take a look and they are in shocked. "The seer?"

Eli only lowered his head. "Uhm hi?"

"The hell, Photographer? You brought a survivor for  hunter case? Have you lost your mind?" Joseph covered his both ears. He really can't take of Leo's lecture.

"Let me explain first okay?!" Joseph pushed Eli to stand in the middle. Brooke Rose immediately fly away and landed to a tree. Eli feels he regretted that he came here. 

"If you really want to find Wu Chang, then congratulations! Here's your life saviour." Joseph lifted Eli's chin to show his face. Eli really wants to order Brooke to scracth this old man face with her claws.

Joseph then continued his words. "This seer said he knows how to find Wu Chang." Michiko and Leo show their shocked expression. How can he know?

Michiko immediately asked Eli with hope. "Do you really know how to find him?" 

Eli nodded his head. "It's because he was taken by some spirits." Michiko showed her confused look same as Leo. 

"What do you mean by spirits?" Michiko asked.

"I still don't know what kind of spirits are they. But i know they must be some bad vibes thing." Explained Eli 

Leo decided to ask some question. "Then, how do you know that they are spirits?" 

"Because I have these eyes." Eli took off his blindfold and showed his blue eyes. "I can see something that ordinary humans can't" he smiled.

Leo is amazed by this survivor's talent. "But again, why do you want to help us? I mean you don't hate us hunters?" He asked.

Eli stared him and said. "I don't care about how loose survivor and hunter relationship are." He stopped a while and continued. "And one of us survivor is involved with your partner missing." 

Eli looked up at the burned mansion. He can see there were some trail marks which are from spirits left there. "One of us survivor who was involved is the First Officer." 

Joseph saw this tense atmosphere. "So, no thank you for me?"

"What do you mean Jose is missing? We need to search him." Emily feels pity, she really wanted to help but there is nothing she can do.

Kevin shouted in frustration while Demi tried to calm him down. Emily sighed, she knew it won't be easy. But, she heard someone is calling at her. She saw Eli's hiding behind tree. It looks like he wants her to come over.

Emily walked to Eli's place. When she's going to ask, she saw there are 3 hunters with him. Emily is going to scream with fear if Eli didn't cover her mouth. "I swear, Emily. You really like to scream."

Emily took her breathe and calm herself. "Wh-what are you doing with those hunters?" 

"Wow, she is really scared of us. Even for a handsome man like me." Joseph laughed not until Leo smacked his head to shut his mouth.

Eli then explained everything to Emily.

"So you were saying that Jose and the spirits are related?" Eli nodded. "And they took away one of the hunter for some business?" Emily asked and Eli nodded his head again.

"That's nonsense."

"I know, but you have gotten to believe me, Emily. Just this once." Emily can see that Eli is being serious. She sighed at him.

"Fine, then what am I going to do?" Eli smiled and thanked her. Emily just shook her head and gives a smile.

"I only need you to take all survivors attention away. Don't let them know anything real happened about this incident. Jose, spirits , the hunter and everything." He said with ambitious look.
