Friday night. The wrap party.
We finished shooting at around 3pm and we all had our cries and our goodbyes to the cast and crew that weren't going to be out tonight. Only the close cast and crew members would be at the dinner party at Mark's rented house tonight.
We all rushed home to get ready and I had my last two outfits already laid out as everything else was packed into my suitcases - as did Tom.
I placed my hair into a 'messy' bun and did some light makeup. I put on some basic black stiletto heels and sprayed some perfume before leaving the bathroom.
Tom was standing looking into the mirror on the wardrobe, adjusting his jacket collar. He was wearing a white button down shirt with dark blue smart trousers and a black suit jacket over the top. His hair was gelled back with a few strands falling loose around his forehead.
He seemed like he was struggling with the collar so I clicked up to him and stood behind him, placing my hands over his and putting them to his sides. I gently readjusted the collar correctly and shifted it around before swiping his shoulders and his back for invisible dust.
I looked at Tom through the mirror and we both shared the same half-smile. We were excited for the dinner but we both knew it was the last dinner we'd have together for a while.
I wrapped my arms around his waist and rested my head on his shoulder, kissing him through the material of his jacket. He hummed and turned around to face me.
He let out a small gasp and took my hands to admire my outfit.
"Woah..." He said with a smile, looking me up and down, and especially at the chain hugging my thigh.
"You like?" I asked giddily, biting my lip.
"I love." He chuckled.
"What is it?" He asked sweetly.
I lifted the dress up a little and showed him the two chains on either side of my leg that were attached to a delicate chain tied around my waist.
"I love it."
I dropped the material and wrapped my hands around Toms neck and he draped his over my hips.
"Let's not think about tomorrow too much, okay? I just want to be in the moment and not worry about how much I'm going to miss you." I pouted my lips and felt a spring of tears form in my eyes.
"Yeah, me too...but I am going to miss you-"
"Stop! You'll make me cry." I covered my face with my hands.
"Sorry! Sorry, love." He chuckled and nestled his head into my neck.
I hummed and felt the tears gradually go away as I rubbed Toms back soothingly, the silence in the room comfortable.
