A/N: Just so you know, and I'll probably say this a lot, Mha, the characters I use, and the pictures I use all do not belong to me. I do not intend on doing smut in this story, because I've never written it before, although you could consider what I write like lime/lemon in some way. I definitely am not innocent, and I do explicit scenes, but nothing I've ever written would be considered smut. Anyways, if you're looking for something pure and innocent and stuff, I do not suggest this:3
Todoroki's POV:
"Enji, just to remind you, I'm going to that business course for the next year, my flight is at 9:00." I lied, I was really going to stay with a family across Japan and go to a regular high school. I had to get away from my father, and I couldn't pass up an opportunity to spend a year away from him and experience what it's like to be a regular teenager. "I think it's wonderful that you're finally taking on the family business, and if this class is the best thing to get you caught up, then I'm proud that you're attending," he said while filling out paperwork. I grit my teeth and nodded, then turned and headed out of his office. I hated my father more than anyone, he controlled every aspect of my life, and this year was the only chance I had to figure out who I am. I didn't have anyone to say goodbye to, because my siblings didn't live at home and went off to pursue their successful work lives, and I'm not exactly the friend type. I headed to my room and starting packing up my bags, I neatly folded all of my clothes, which already filled a whole two suitcases, then brought along another small suitcase for things like toiletries and belongings I'd want with me, then a small carry on bag for money, my phone, and small sentimental things I didn't want to leave behind. I'd taken all of the cash in Enji's wallet along with my credit card, which already had enough to last me, but out of frustration and anger, I might as well have taken his money to. When I was finished packing, I took our private jet to the airport. I didn't have to be there for another hour, but I was willing to wait if that meant getting out of the house sooner. When I got off the plane, I waved goodbye to our pilot and flight attendant then headed inside the airport, after getting through security and the lines, I went and found the group of students with who I was meant to check-in for the exchange student program. "Shoto Todoroki," I said to the lady who was checking us in, she marked me down then handed me a slip and a house key that I was supposed to use to get into the house I was staying at, and I was supposed to hand the slip to the family that lived there. I bowed to her then took a seat at the airport somewhere waiting to board the plane.
Before long I heard my flight being called so I headed towards the line waiting to get on the plane. The flight was about 5-6 hours because I was traveling from Hokkaido all the way down to Musutafu, which was on the opposite side of Japan. I fell asleep through most of the flight, even though it was in the morning and afternoon, and didn't have to worry about annoying kids or plane food because I flew first class. I got off the plane at exactly 1:34 and looked around for a short woman with green hair and a pink shirt on, who goes by the name of Inko Midoriya. I looked around the airport but didn't see her so I went ahead to the baggage area and grabbed my things. "Shoto Todoroki?" A sweet voice called from behind me, I turned around and saw a tiny little woman, who had green hair and was wearing a pink shirt, "yes, you must be Mrs. Midoriya," I said bowing to her, "oh please, don't be so formal, and you can call me Inko," she said cheerfully, I stood back up and nodded. "okay," I said then followed her with my bags out of the airport and into a small little old car. The car ride was mostly silent, while Inko tried to make small talk, "I have a son your age, he's a very nice boy and you two might get along nicely, after all, our apartment is quite small so you'd probably be sleeping in his room," I stopped my train of thoughts and almost lost it, but sighed keeping my stone-cold straight face. "His name is Izuku Midoriya, and he has green hair just like me, except sometimes I think it has a mind of its own," she laughed then went on rambling about her son, who even though she'd said he was my age, by the way, she'd explained him, sounded no older than an eight-year-old. It was a Monday, but I wouldn't be able to go to my new school until tomorrow since it was the middle of the day. We pulled up to our apartment, I looked around hesitantly at the tiny home, somewhat regretting coming to this family. She brought me to Midoriya's room and cleared out a drawer in his dresser for me to put in my clothes, I hung up the uniform she gave me, and put in some of my basic everyday clothes in the small drawer, and kept the rest in my suitcases next to his bed. His room was very intense, it was covered in posters of an anime character named "all might," and K-pop posters next to manga posters. It was almost enough to give me a headache. He even had anime bedding, Inko brought me a small white blanket, that I thanked her for and folded it, placing it neatly at the edge of Midoriya's bed. I felt kind of weird moving into someone's room without them even being there, but I tidied up the place and reorganized some things. I then laid on Midoriya's bed and found myself falling asleep.
"AHHH! WHAT THE HELL! MOM, THERE'S A STRANGER IN MY BED!!" I woke up to screaming, I tossed around putting a pillow over my head to muffle the noise. "Relax Izuku! This is our exchange student, he moved in a few hours ago," I shot my head up and rubbed my eyes tiredly to see a skinny, messy green-haired boy in a highschool uniform standing in the door frame staring at me with a scared expression, and Inko behind him. "Exchange what!? You got an exchange student and didn't tell me, then moved him into my room? Kacchan's going to be pissed, and- wait, no no no no this isn't happening!" Inko paused and looked at him confused, he brought his hands to his face, then took her by the wrist and pulled her down the hall. "Mom! That's Shoto Todoroki! You really brought that spoiled rich famous teenager into our tiny apartment, he's going to be miserable, we all are!" I heard Midoriya yell from the kitchen, "he's rich and famous? I didn't know sweetie, but that's amazing for him. Now go and try to be nice to him, he'll be here for the next year," Inko said calmly, "THE NEXT YEAR!?! I have to take a breather," I heard the front door slam shut, then walked out to the kitchen to see Inko crying into her hands. I rushed over to her, "oh my god are you okay?" I asked panicked, she looked up at me startled, then smiled and wiped her tears. "Oh yes, thank you for asking, I just hate to see Izuku so upset about this, I signed our family up because we get really lonely. You see, Izuku doesn't have a dad, and it's just us two at home, plus his best friend Kacchan is really mean to him, a really scary young man, and I can tell it's hard on Izuku, so I thought bringing another boy here would help him be happy again. He used to be so happy and passionate, I'm afraid I haven't seen my son smile since he was a child," she said sadly. I slumped down into the chair next to her, "oh, do you want me to go after him, I don't know to introduce myself or something," I said hesitantly, knowing it would make her happy. I've known this person for less than two hours, but for some reason, I felt like I needed to help her.
Midoriya's POV:
Oh god no, this is not happening. I tried so hard to see the light in the situation as I paced back in forth down the street in front of my apartment building. All I kept going back to is how much I'd hated Todoroki on social media, and how annoyed I'd gotten by him, surely he was different right? When I looked back up from the ground I saw Todoroki walking towards me. "O-oh sorry, for freaking out like that, It's just, I wasn't expecting this," I told him trying my hardest to be nice. I smiled up at him, "it's fine," he said with an emotionless voice. He was even hotter in person, but I couldn't get past the spoiled brat part of him. "You're friend Kacchan, I've heard he's a piece of shit," he said sternly. I shot my head up at him and felt my blood boil, "he's not, well he is, but he means well, and- just don't talk about him like that, especially near him!" I burst out trying to stay positive but failing miserably and only hating that dumb teenager more. "So is he an ass or not?" he asked, his tone not changing at all since he first spoke. "H-he, he's complicated," just with that I heard the familiar snarl from down the street, "OI, DEKU WHO THE FUCK IS THAT!?!?!" I whipped my head around and spotted Kacchan stomping down the street towards us. I panicked, "Kacchan! This is Todoroki, he's an exchange student staying at my house," I told him with a frustrated look. "So you mean to tell me that I'll not only have you to deal with, but this other dumb extra hanging around your apartment too!?!" He said annoyed, I groaned. "If you hate his company so much, then why do you bother coming over?" Todoroki asked calmly, I shot him a death glare and looked back at Kacchan who was completely pissed. "I'm just saying, based on what I've witnessed of Midoriya, he doesn't seem like he deserves an ass hole dragging him down like that," he continued, "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST CALL ME YOU HALF AND HALF BITCH!?!?!" Kacchan yelled and shoved me out of the way so he could stand in front of Todoroki. I cursed under my breath panicking, even more, I knew Kacchan would be pissed about this. "Kacchan, you don't need to fight for me this time!" I yelled over to him, "Like hell I would fight for you, I only fight guys who are messing with you because only I'm fucking allowed to bully you! And this isn't me fighting for you, this mother fucker pissed me off!" Todoroki sighed then tripped him while Kacchans guard was off, he went all Tai Kwan do on him, flipping him to the ground than walking back inside. I didn't know who to run to but decided on Kacchan, he got up angrily but shockingly stormed off back down the street before I could even ask if he was okay, so I sighed then headed back inside my apartment. I walked into my bedroom to where Todoroki was. "What was that, you went all karate on him, and he actually walked away?!" I asked him, "It's not karate, it was aikido." He said while looking down at his phone. "Okay, um, it's just Kacchan never walks away from a fight like that," I said sitting on the edge of my bed and staring at this complete stranger. "Beats me," he said then got up and left my room.
A/N: Yay, I finished another chapter! I'm really pissed right now because I have to go to science now and my teacher is actually a fucking bitch. Well, I don't have much else to say, so thank you for reading this, have a wonderful day beautiful people!
