Elena and Haley james. They are twin sisters. Elena left town when she was 14. She moved to Mystic Falls with her aunt and uncle. She didn't want to leave. She originally wanted to stay with her friends and sister. But she had to leave because she wanted to protect her sister. Nine years later she returns to her home of Tree Hill for help from her older twin sister. She had found out she was pregnant and fled town. She knew that she would be safe in tree hill. Although she was going to have her ups and down she knew that her and her baby was going to have a better life.

Elena knew people were looking for her but she didn't want them to find her. She didn't want her baby in constant danger. She didn't want her to grow up without a father but it sounded better then being hunted daily. She was ok with it. With everyone looking for her how long will it be before someone finally puts all the pieces together. She had missed her sister she had missed her old life. So maybe it was time to return to it.
