Suddenly, half of Todoroki lit up, surprising Y/n and Midoriya. Y/n heart shook. Why did seeing Midoriya hurt and beaten, hurt him?

Y/n had abruptly stood up, going to see Midoriya in the nurse's office.

Y/n went to walk in, but stopped.
" You did well, Midoriya." A tired voice sighed, " I'm glad I chose you as my successor."
' Successor? Why him, of all people?' Y/n thought.
He peeked around the corner, seeing a guy with neck-length, maybe longer, blonde hair, who look to be lacking nutrition.
' I don't understand. Who is he?'
Y/n decided to stop eavesdropping. He knocked on the door, stopping their conversation. Midoriya turned his head, seeing Y/n.
" Ah! Y/n!" Midoriya forced a smile.
Y/n just ignored the blonde man, allowing him to 'secretly' creep out of the room.
' Everyone has their secrets, why should I force him to tell his?' Y/n thought.
He took the seat next to Midoriya's chair.
" You didn't have to come see me."
" I did. I don't understand why, but I had to."
Midoriya's face helda slightly pained smiled, as gently gently ruffled Y/n's hair.
" I'm really glad you did, I'm feeling better already!"
Y/n's eyes lit up a light green hue, as he stared above Midoriya's head.

" Y/n!? Why are you crying!?" Midoriya panicked.
Y/n was trying to stop his spilling tears, but couldn't. Midoriya pulled Y/n onto the bed with him, so he could gently hold and rock Y/n
