─── THE THING ABOUT JULITA!
VINCENT SINCLAIR WOULDN'T SAY HE HATED NOAH STILINSKI'S CHILDREN. Hate was a strong word, one of absolute that was reserved for those you once cared for. That being said, Vincent wasn't particularly fond of either. He saw them for what they were, troublesome children with mischievous tendencies that were a terrible influence on his daughter. He wanted the best for his only child, and the Stilinski's were far from that. However, Vincent supposed, he felt somewhat empathetic towards the two freckled children. They were in the same situation as Orion──a mother that died far too soon and a father who tried his best. Vincent understood them.Stiles and Jules dealt with the death of Claudia Stilinski in various and potentially unhealthy ways. Perhaps that was where Vincent's dislike of them started.
Jules turned to anger after her mother died, resenting her father for not being there that night and her brother for──god knows what. There was a time when Jules wasn't like that when she was kind-hearted and a joy to be around. Very few remembered who Jules was before, and Vincent didn't know a Julita Stilinski that wasn't vulgar and aggressive. Jules acted out in school, disrespecting teachers if she even bothered to show up. She pushed everyone away until it was just her, alone and angry at the world.
Despite that, Vincent held a sort of respect for Jules. One he didn't carry for Stiles. Orion was the same after the loss of Destiny Sinclair. She wasn't as cruel or bitter, but she was distant. Jules was able to change that. Vincent could admit they were good for each other, but he refused to hold that same regard for Stiles Stilinski, who did nothing but get his daughter detention last semester.
Vincent believed that Stiles would never be an issue. Orion was friends with Jules, not Stiles. And yet, lately, it seemed to be the other way around. Since the ending of winter break, Stiles had dragged Orion out to find half a dead body, had her out past curfew (twice), and taken it upon himself to show up unannounced and uninvited. To say Vincent Sinclair was agitated by the teenage boy was saying the least. Sure, Vincent desperately wanted Orion to get other friends besides Jules, but that didn't mean her more disobedient little brother. All Vincent wanted was to be rid of the Stilinski children, which didn't seem to be happening any time soon.
