It was your last year of highschool and you were sitting in your last class of the day, math.
Math was never hard for you. When the teacher would give his lecture, you would always ignore him because you always got the material immediately after he introduced it.
It was a Tuesday and it looked pretty gloomy outside. As you gazed out of the window, you tuned the teacher out and let your mind run free. In the middle of your day dreaming, the school's intercom went off and the principal's voice came through.

"Students of Samyang High School, Listen carefully. Tomorrow is regional test day and we have an adjusted schedule for all grades."
You bolted upright. Every year all the schools in your region had a day for standardized testing within the grades for placement into the following year's classes. Students in their last year however don't have to take the test because of graduation. Your friends who have already graduted have always told you that if there's any day to skip school, that day should be the one.
The principal continues, "All grades are to report to their last class of the day first tomorrow. The schedule will then continue depending on the year and what grade you are in. Last year students however stay in that class all day and will be dismissed with the other grades at the end of the day. This testing day is very important so may all of you succeed tomorrow. Hwating!!"

'I see why they all skipped.' You thought to yourself. You continued gazing out the window deciding on what to do since you weren't coming to school for only math.
'I could go to the cafe and get tea? No Y/N, think big! This is your one day to skip and you choose to spend it like most weekends?! How about--"
You feel a tap on your shoulder and see an unfamiliar wadded paper ball on your desk. Of course you knew what it meant, so you opened the paper to read the note inside.
Y/N. Amusement Park tomorrow? I'll pay for everything. I don't want to go alone, and you seem like the least annoying person to go with in here :). Tell me if you're up for it! - Yang Jeongin

Yang Jeongin was the quiet boy a few seats back. Always quiet, but still very intelligent. He was also quite popular, and you always wondered how because he was always so shy. You turned and looked at him with a grin and he smiled lightly back. You wrote back.
Oh Yang Jeongin, if you're offering to pay how could I ever pass up the opprotunity? Come by _________ tomorrow at 9am, I wanna get there early. ;P

You circled yes and folded the paper into a small plane. Before you threw it, you kissed the airplane for safe travels. You then tossed it and next thing you know Jeongin was reading it. You see his eyes brighten up and a subtle blush to his cheeks as he put the note in his pocket and continued his math notes.
- Wednesday -
You wake up and do the normal routine. Shower, brush teeth, put on clothes, eat have breakfast. As you were blow drying and brushing your hair, you started thinking about changing your look. You've had the same hairstyle and color all your life, and felt you looked boring. You glanced at the clock. 8:26. 'Its a spontaneous day, why not?' You think to yourself. After looking at the scissors on the counter, you quickly made a hasty decision and cut some bangs across your forehead. To see the final look, you blow dry and brush your hair completely and put your glasses on.
"Cute, right?" You said to your mirror. Studying yourself in the mirror, you analyze the new you. Combined with the black vans, the black jeans, and tube top with flannel combination, you saw your bangs fit your look right away.
Not even 2 minutes went past before you hear an innocent yet demanding knock on the door. You open it to see a smiling Jeongin with a daisy in his hands. When he glanced up at you his mouth rests open, and he says, " Y/N! You look so great, your bangs match your energy and I think it really suits you. Shall we leave then?" , handing you the flower. "Yes!" You reply, "Just let me grab a small jacket just incase it rains. I'll drive!"
Jeongin follows you to your car, and opens the door for you. After you get in, Jeongin gets in the car and reclines the passenger seat. He turns to you and says, "Completely ready when you are!" You blast out of your garage and head to the amusement park.
As you drove, you felt Jeongin's gaze on you. "Yes?" You questioned. He then explains, "Y/N I'm sorry, I just never knew you wore glasses. They suit you so well, I think you look so pretty." You blush. "Thanks for coming with me by the way, I didn't think you would say yes on such short notice." You continued to feel your cheeks flush until you heard a little giggle from Jeongin which brought you to answer him. "Awe your welcome, I had nothing else to do and thought I could have fun with you Jeongin." Jeongin looks out the window and says, "Call me I.N. My hyungs call me I.N."
As you arrive at the amusement park, you feel butterflies. Seeing so many rides and hearing small screams frightened you all of a sudden and it made I.N notice. "It's ok.", he said after looking at your face. You gripped is arm and he gave you a small hug, "we can spend alot of our time on the ground. I just wanna have fun, no stress." Still holding his arm, you let off a shy smile and you two walked into the amusement park gates.
You spent the day with I.N mostly laughing and eating with a few rides in between. He even won you a stuffed dolphin which you suitibly named after him as it reminded you of his screams on the rides. Just as you two were getting your last meal for the day it started to rain. You opened your bag and tapped around for your jacket only to realize you must've forgotten it in the car. With one look to I.N you seemed to both be on the same page. Both of you took off and started running for the car. The rain seemed to be getting stronger as by the time you made it to your car, the both of you were soaked.
You both sat in the car and started breathing heavy from running. You looked to I.N and thought 'damn hes hot'. But no seriously, I.N looked gorgeous. You could see his muscles through his soaked T shirt as he pushed back his hair. You noticed how the rain dripped down the sides of this sharp jawline. While you admired his presence he turned and noticed you were looking at him this time. As you blushed, I.N went in and kissed your lips. This action left your body frozen but left your skin burning hot. I.N started,
"Y/N. I really like you. Since you sit in front of me in class you caught my attention and when I first saw you, you gave me butterflies. I invited you out today to get to know you better and genuinely have a good time." You nodded and hyperfocused on every word he said to you. The car was then filled with silence. It's as if you two hadn't just kissed. As he looked at the rain, you moved in and kissed his cheek sweetly. "I.Nnie, will you please be my boyfriend?" His face lit up in shock. Men usually ask, but he was stalling and you could tell he wanted to ask but was too shy. As a response he screamed and shouted in approval which made you both giggle.
You both sat in the car at the amusement park parking lot talking, cuddling, and waiting for the rain to calm down. Your first and only Skip day was officially successful.
