Chapter 18 - rewritten

After the incident with the new recruits last night, I felt lighter and dove into my cover businesses. My brothers have been trying to call but I ignored them. If I talk to them, I will only end up annoyed or upset. It's funny how certain people can have such big impacts on your moods and how you deal with things. To me the boys make me feel so much, I feel loved and happy but they also make me angry and upset. I'm not used to feeling so I don't know how to control it. At least here I only have to deal with my anger and the rest of the time I can feel nothing. I have been working non-stop all night and fatigue is starting to hit me I haven't slept for two days. I have a meeting in 20 minutes with the Koreans, that's going to be fun. Note the sarcasm. Before the meeting I'm going to call Ace and see why my phone has been blowing up. He answers after 2 rings.

''Hey Acey what's up?'' He lets out a huff into the phone receiver before talking

''Where are you?'' he asks.

''My main warehouse working.'' I state monotonously

''What happened? there is no emotion in your voice again'' I sigh for fuck's sake

''Nothing happened everything is good. In fact, everything is amazing. So why have the boys been blowing my phone up?'' I chirp up a bit trying to distract him.

''Okay then'' he sounds weary ''were all leaving tomorrow morning 9am sharp I have work to attend, when anyone of your brothers call, you're expected to answer. You're 15 act like it.'' He is using his serious business voice

''I'm not going Ace, don't use that tone on me it may work on the boys but it won't work with me. I am staying give me 2 weeks Ace I can't go home and face him yet.'' I grit out.

''Home? You consider our house home?'' He has a slight hint of glee in his voice.

''Yes, anywhere with you boys would be home.'' I mutter out trying to hide my happiness because he noticed.

''Okay fine you have two weeks but Lucifer and Lucas are staying with you. And you have to go to school. They will be with you at all times. So tonight around 8pm come and get them. We will all go out for dinner before we leave.'' I roll my eyes.

''I don't need to be babysat, and I don't need to go to school.'' I moan slightly offended that he wants the boys to stay.

''Fine no school if you promise when you get back that you will not kill anyone and will make friends.'' He counters

''Okay thanks bro love you see you tonight, I have a meeting to get ready for.'' I chirp gleefully

''Okay love you, sorellina'' I put the phone down with a wide smile on my face.

Looking at the time it's 4pm so not long until I have to leave. After pulling out some files from the silver metal filing cabinet in the corner of my office, my laptop starts ringing it's the Koreans

The meeting was an hour and a half long and we still haven't gotten anywhere near an agreement, we decided to reconvene later tonight as we all have things to do. I do a bit more work before heading to the hotel.

Driving to the hotel my brothers where were was blissful but long because of London traffic. Eventually I pull up and go to the top of the hotel, the boys were staying in the best suites the hotel had. I let myself in and lay on the sofa, whilst listening to the boy's bicker. I am interrupted by a heavy weight on my legs.

''Get off you fucking giant'' Mario is sitting on my legs pouting at me.

''I thought I was panda bear. Now give me a kiss'' he mocks pushing his lips out and leaning over me. I manage to kick him off, but as soon as I stand up, I am tackled to the floor by Luci. My body hits the floor with a thud.
