mark has been in china for 3 days now. he came along with jackson for their work purpose.

he was currently laying on the bed, staring at the white ceiling while waiting for jackson to get ready before they go and strolling around the city.

suddenly a glimpse of the stranger man that he accidentally bumped into 4 days ago came in mind.

"him? why did he came in my mind all of the sudden? " he asked himself with a frown.

" but why does he looks kinda familiar" he mumbled while his mind was busy recalling every events as possible.

"is doctor rosé here?"

" she's not in seoul now. may I know why you want to meet her? do you have any appointment?"

"umm.. no, but can I have her number?"

mark snapped his fingers as he remembered it. the man that he accidentally bumped into was also the man that came to the hospital, finding rosé when she was at the rural village.

"did he have any relation with her dark past? "

"yah mark tuan, you shouldn't assume things" he answered his own question.

before he could think more, his phone beeped. it was a message from jackson, telling him to wait at the hotel lobby.

"take care doctor rosé" yeri said to rosé that was about to leave. they just had a dinner together along with yugyeom.

" I can drive you home if you want" yugyeom offered.

"it's okay yugyeom"

"if you drive her home, then what about her car? and how do she gonna go to work tomorrow if she left her car here?" yeri asked, and received a smirk from him

"if you're jealous, then say so" yugyeom teased yeri

"what's the point of me to be jealous?"

rosé shook her head while hearing them bickering over the trivial thing.

"enough. I can drive by my own. yugyeom, drive her home. there's no excuses, goodnight!" after she gave the command, rosé immediately headed to her car to avoid their protests.

right when she arrived at her house, her phone rang. it was a video call from mark.

🐰 : what's up

mark asked right after rosé answered his call.

🌹 : everything is fine. how about you?

rosé asked him back while taking out a water from her fridge.

🐰 : I'm good too but kinda tired. luckily I'll fly back to korea tomorrow

🌹 : that's good

🐰 : hmm..

🐰 : btw you really mean it, right? everything is fine? you're fine? remember to call yeri or yugyeom if you need help

before mark left to china, he already reminded rosé to contact yeri or yugyeom if there's something happen to her.

🌹 : yeah I know, mark. we even had dinner together just now

🐰 : you and yugyeom?

🌹 : yup! also with yeri. btw where's doctor wang?

🐰 : really rosé? right in front of my salad? you asked me about jackson? why don't you ask me if I even eat dinner yet or something else?
