RUBY AND AMARA WALK SIDE-BY-SIDE THROUGH ALPHA STATION. Ruby is still anxious. Actually, she's terrified. While she was gone from the radio, Octavia never came to find her. Bellamy hasn't radioed in yet. She can't help but wonder if something went wrong. Did Bellamy and Lincoln even make it to the Mountain?

"It'll be okay," Amara speaks up suddenly. Ruby's eyes dart over to look at her. "Lincoln and Bellamy are both strong, very brave. If anyone can get this done, it's them."

"Yeah, but Bellamy does stupid shit to save our people. Do you not remember the cliff?" Ruby questions.

"Yes, I do." Amara then motions to Ruby's ear. "Do you?"

"Yes." Ruby nods.

"Good. Then you also remember how you put yourself between Finn's gun and myself. You must also remember how you pointed a gun at Raven, despite being her friend, to save your brother. Even if you hate him." Amara says. "We have all done questionable things for our people. But they're still here."

"Not all of them," Ruby says sadly. Amara frowns at this.

As they continue their walk, a voice suddenly comes over the PA system, "Counceller Kane, Clarke Griffin, and Ruby Carson report to the south airlock."

Ruby is hesitant. She's been gone too long already. The longer she's away from the radio, the bigger the chance Bellamy could radio grows. She needs to hear his voice. She needs to know that he's okay.

"Go," Amara instructs. She gently rests her hand on Ruby's bicep. "I'll come get you if he radios."

"Thank you, Amara." Ruby smiles weakly.

"Anything for you," Amara replies.

She watched as Ruby turns back around and begins to make the trek back to the airlock where she'd previously been with Clarke.

When she gets there, Abby, Clarke, and Marcus are already there. Emerson's eyes find her in a heartbeat. Their eyes lock. Ruby holds the eye contact, not daring to show submission to this monster. Finally, Emerson looks away.

"Did he say something?" Marcus questions as Ruby comes to stand beside Clarke.

"No. But his blood did." Abby answers. She looks around at all of other three. "Jackson found genetic marker anomalies that can only come from someone who was born on the Ark."

Ruby's heart falls to her stomach. Emerson has blood of someone from the Ark. Her people. They're going to drain her people. Ryland, Monty, Jasper, Miller, Harper. Those forty-seven people inside the Mountain are her responsibility. Ryland, Monty, and Jasper are her family. Harper is her friend. So is Miller, despite the amount of times she's hit him in the face. And now Bellamy could possibly be inside the Mountain as well.

They're going to steal their bone marrow. They're going to drain them until there's nothing left for them to take. There's just lab rats, blood banks for them to use.

Ruby's going to kill everyone in that goddamn mountain.

"It's started." Clarke says in terror. Her blue eyes are wide with fear.

"It didn't come from the blood transfusion we gave?" Marcus asks Abby, also in fear.

"No. I took the sample before that." Abby shakes her head.
