Y/N hated her body. She had no self confidence inside her that she could find. She hated how her thighs touched, her shoulders looking huge, and her face having a few pimples here and there; the list goes on. She hated going out knowing people could see her. She wished she looked like others girls but unfortunately her wish would never become a reality.

I was laying in my shared that I share with my husband, JJ Maybank. He had left work early in the morning due to a last minute meeting. I swiped away each photos I was in and stared at how i looked bigger then the others. I shut my phone off and dragged myself to the bathroom. I slowly undressed myself in front of the mirror, being disgusted by the second to every clothing I had removed off my body.

I clutch onto my stomach and soon my shoulders. I felt so ugly. I stared at myself, my face. It felt as if each knife dug deeper inside me as I kept throwing insults at myself. I wanted to disappear. "Why am I like this?" my voice broke at the end as I let out a cry. I wrapped my arms around myself trying to cover my body as much as I can. Everything around me was a blur and I didn't hear JJ coming back home from work.

JJ pov:

I had finally come home from my early meeting. It was short, but I'm not complaint. I was excited to get back in bed to cuddle with my wife that I had recently married and tell her how beautiful she is. I knew she had been trapped in a ball full of insecurities and I was determined to fix that. I had walked in ready to yell my joke 'Honey, I'm home!' When I heard sobs and choked sniffles coming from the bathroom.

I dropped my things and sped towards the bathroom. I had stopped in my tracks at the doorway and stared at the beautiful yet heartbreaking sight in front of me. I admired her feature as she cried in her hands. Quietly, I walked behind her and wrapped my arm around her waist. She jumped and turned her head to look at me. "Why are you here.." She asked, choking on her words as she broke into tears. "Don't say anything.." I told her before turning her naked figure around to face me.

She dug her face into my chest and tugged on my shirt tightly. "You are so beautiful.." I kissed her forehead. "So, so beautiful.." I whispered and rubbed her back. She cried harder into my chest while I simply held onto her as tightly as I could. "Everything about you is so amazing in my eyes and I don't even listen to anyone who tries telling me otherwise." She looked up from my chest with her red teary eyes and said— "Please, don't let go.."

I held her in my arms as we both stood in the bathroom holding each other. "Slim or not I will always love you the way you are because I love you and nothing is going to stop me for loving your beautiful body that I can call mine." I comforted her with my words. "I love you because you are you and I wouldn't dare change a single thing about you."

I looked down at her to see her eyes stopped watering. She squeezed my hand tighter letting me know she heard every single words I have said. "You are so beautiful." I kissed her forehead before picking her up bridal style to our bedroom. I sat her down on the bed before grabbing one of my shirts and putting it over her head. "Have you eaten breakfast?" She shook her head.

"Why don't we make breakfast together then and eat together, yeah? How does that sound for a morning start." I watched her as she smiled and grabbed onto my hand. "Let's make breakfast. Together" I said, kissing her hand and walking to the kitchen as I started talking about the meeting and our plans for today.

heya! i wrote this one shot because lately i have been feeling extremely insecure with myself as well and i know there are other people struggling with their own insecurities and so i have wrote this to show that all your insecurities are beautiful and i love everything about you. it's gonna take time to love yourself fully but once the day comes your gonna realize how beautiful and amazing you are ヾ๑ˊᵕˋ๑◞
