CHAPTER 21: Vacation it Is

Jennie's POV

After 2 weeks, I can definitely say I am ok. I am fine. No more nightmares, no more crying. I'm back to my usual self, the one who's attentively participating to class, and hanging out more with my friends.

I cant thank them enough for staying by my side, for making sure I am ok. That I was coping up with the incident. Jisoo never leave my side, every night together with Rosé and Lisa. Lisa, I am more than thankful to her. She stayed in the house for a week, sleeping inside my room, making sure I won't get any nightmares. Lending me her notes so I wont miss anything. Making sure I was occupied with the things that I like and love so I won't remember that incident. And it helped me, a lot. They have been occupied on helping me cope up and they deserve a break.

And as for Kai? I don't actually know. I heard that he dropped out school, everybody was shocked about what happened and I wasn't. I didn't want him to go to jail despite the monstrous act he did to me. Once the news broke that he'd been in jail, everybody will know what happened to me, and eventually my parents will know. So I beg my sister not to put him in jail. She told me Lisa did all the work, and we should trust her. Days after the news that he dropped out, a news broke out from the internet that the artists of the Kim Entertainment, which happens to be owned by Kai's parents pulled out and slowly going on its bankruptcy. That fast? But I actually don't care, I hope he deserves what he really deserves. For what he did to Selena, and for what he did to me.

It was Monday morning, its our semestral break from school. Business majors and the psychology majors are hanging out in our house. Since they knew our lair, they constantly hangout here, which made Nanay and Tatay happy for us.

We are here in the garden, eating some snacks and talking stuffs. "So guys." I interrupted what they're doing. Their heads automatically turned towards my direction.

"What are you doing this break?" I asked them.

"Actually, nothing. That sucks." Sana said which all agreed by my friends.

"How about, we go on a trip?" I suggested.

"That's sound good, is it a vacation? But where?" Momo ask. I signalled unnie to distribute the tickets to them. Everyone grab the tickets and look at it intently. Their eyes widen in shock and in excitement.

"We actually settled things already, so the tickets were all paid, as well as the accommodation. All you need to do is pack your stuff up and enjoy." Jisoo said happily. I nodded at her.

"This is my way of thanking you guys for being with me all the time. For helping me. Please accept this as a gift." My friends look at each other, while looking back at the ticket.

"Wifey, this is too much." Rosé said.

"It's nothing hubby, I just want all of us to relax too, we've been through hell and stuff so we deserve all of this." I replied. The group went silent again. I look at unnie and she smiled at me.

"So we are going to Hawaii?" Seulgi ask. Jisoo and I nodded smiling at them.

"When do we leave?" Irene ask.

"Tonight, if that's ok with you guys." And they scream in excitement. They jump and down discussing what to bring and where to go. I am happy they accepted my offer. Plus I wanted to spend time with them also. We are 5 months away from our graduation, and I want to make the most out of it.

All of them leave to pack their stuffs. I was cleaning the trash when someone poke my shoulder. When I turned around, it was Lisa smiling at me.

"Oh hey Lili, what are you still doing here? You should pack your stuffs too."
