Quirk Name: Frozen blood

The user can freeze someone's blood to make them pass out or maybe even death.

Drawbacks: if they freeze about 40 people there blood will start to Freeze too so Dabi or shoto will help them unfreeze their blood to make sure they won't pass out or die.
