Quirk Name: Flashlight
When the users concentrate on something their eyes will light up or if they stick their hands out it'll light up too! (it's like the first child that has the quirk but it's only the hands and eyes)
Drawbacks: The user's eyes will become sore and they'll rub their eyes because it's itchy causing their lights to shut off and it'll sometimes blind them for a few seconds. It'll cause the user's hand to become itchy or sore too
The user will have a flashlight with them all the time if their hands and eyes get too sore.
