Quirk Name: Dust
The user can summon sharp bones and Gaster blasters and will do anything to try and get health from the person their attack. Their left eye will glow purple. The user can even use telekinesis and can teleport
Drawbacks: anyone who is related to the user that is very close to them is a ghost and they'll talk to the user distracting them.
The user will have dreams of Dust Sans. The user hates a person and they want to attack them.
