Warm Embrace || Miya Atsumu x Miya Osamu ( pt 2 ) ☁️💫💖☘

Classes just ended and Y/n stood up to leave the class when Atsumu stopped her. "Y/n-chan~ wanna hang out with me and 'Samu?" The girl shook her head with a sigh, "sorry 'Tsumu, don't really feel like it today."

Atsumu was taken aback by her words, usually she'd say yes without any hesitation but something seemed off about her today...

"Ne, Y/n, are you sure you're alright? You can always talk to me or 'Samu..." the boy says out of concern. "Tsk, I already said leave me alone.." the girl quickly covered her mouth, "wait I didn't mean to say that I-I"

She stood there in fear, this day wasn't getting any better for the poor girl. Atsumu sighed, "it's okay... just calm down okay? 'Samu and I will walk you back. How does that sound?"

The girl nodded in hesitation before they left school.

The walk home was a little quiet and awkward but... it was also quite fine. Y/n didn't know if it was appropriate to tell them anything or talk about her situation.

As they came nearer and nearer to her house, she felt the urge to say something to them. "Wait! Uhm, I feel like I owe you guys an explanation..."

Atsumu snickered, "well it's about time, c'mon let's get in the house then we'll chat." The girl nodded as she opened the door.

The trio sat on her couch as the girl recounted everything that happened. Everything she had to go through. And everything she wished for. The more she talked, the more her tears streamed down her beautiful face. It was devastating to see such a beautiful suffer and go to her lowest like this.

All the two could do was listen to her as she cried and cried more, struggling to share her feelings to them. It wasn't easy ine bit but, at least she said something. It felt relieving but something still felt... off.

Osamu was shocked, she had to go through the death of her parents by herself without telling anyone. If only he figured it out sooner. He hugged the girl as she leaned into his shoulder, wailing like a child.

Atsumu stroked her hair from behind and muttered words of encouragment. Telling her how strong she was and how she should take a breather from everything. His heart sunk seeing his friend suffer like this. How he wished he could share her burdens. How he wished he could've done something... anything for that matter.

But all he could do was to listen and try his best to make her smile again.

Atsumu hugged her as well as Y/n started to calm down. The warmth from both of their embraces felt so... touching and comforting. She never felt such joy and love in a while. Nothing has been easy for her for quite some time. It's been stressful, tiring, painful and overwhelming. But now, all she could think of is how grateful she was to have these two.

The two offered her to stay over at their house if she needed anything and they even asked if they could sleep over just to accompany her.

She said yes obviously and the three had a blast! They watched a bunch of movies and ate a lot of good food. Heck! Osamu even gave the girl some of his food -- that made Atsumu envy the girl! But it's okay because she needed it more than him.

The night ended off with the three sleeping side by side with Osamu hugging her from behind and Atsumu letting Y/n snuggle in the crook of his neck.

It was the first time in a while that Y/n slept well...
