KND Operation: M.A.G.I.C

Chapter 8

Kage read some book of mythical creature. Each section have the creature he is looking for, the Archangel.

Kage: "The Archangel.." He said and look memorized at the picture of the angel warrior.

He kept reading on every information about the Archangel. It tells a story where it serves to the gods to protect the world from the darkness. But there was one who is not like the others, his name is Gabriel Skyfall.

Kage: 'An Archangel with a real name. Interesting.'

He keep reading about his story. He betrayed his race and fight against the humans and monsters. The Archangel destroyed many villages and also the civilians living there. All were burnt and wrecked leaving the adults and children devastated. But then three heroes stepped in and fought against the enemy. King Adam, his wife Queen Luna, and their High ranking knight name Nicholas. The village the Archangel destroyed was ruled by the King and Queen. They were outraged of the destruction he created with his own hands. So, the trio fought against the Silver Warrior with their own weapon.

King Adam wield a majestic sword, Queen Luna with her scepter, and finally Sir Nicolas with his Halbert. Three of the weapons cast powerful magic and together, they defeated the Archangel. Queen Luna enhance her trap magic to seal the Archangel away inside the gem of her scepter. Later on, she ordered the guards to lock the artifact away somewhere hidden so no one will find it. After the war was over, their weapons were placed into different locations in case the Archangel ever find the three items and destroy it. King Adam's sword is placed in the crystal cave, Sir Nicolas' halbert is buried in the ground which is below the huge boulder, and Queen Luna's scepter is hidden inside the underground palace. But years later, a group of archeologists were traveling inside the abandoned palace and found the scepter in the underground dungeon.

Kage: 'The archeologists must have found the Queen's scepter and transfer the item to the museum years ago. The Archangel have been holding a grudge against the three heroes who imprisoned him and plan,to destroy the weapons. But we gotta stop him before he destroys the three weapons.'

He thought at first then think of a plan. He shut the book and place on top of the glass table.

Kage: 'I can't let the children know about it. Don't want them to be involved.'

Outside the café, many people saw a man in a knight armor soaring through the sky with his angel wings. Everyone gasp in shock to see a real angel up in the air. Meanwhile, Numbuh 2 ordered a chili dog at a food until he spotted the angel flying. His reaction turn into complete shock, his mouth open wide causing his chili dog to spill off of his hand and dropping it to the cement ground.

Numbuh 2: "No way! Is that an angel?!" He shouted and called the others.

The Archangel spotted a someone familiar in the past. It's a girl with navy blue hair and ringlet pigtails. As he examine her closely, it hit him when he notice its Queen Luna. He clench his teeth in anger as the memory is kicking him inside his head. She is the one who Imprisoned him, so he wants revenge on her and the other two heroes.

Nebula however, she is in the middle of shopping on buying flowers for the café. After paying the bouquets, she turned her whole body facing the mysterious man with wings?!

Everyone at the farmers market are watching the Archangel's appearance. He was in his kneeling position and stood up straight off the ground. Nebula's eyes widen in shock of seeing a real angel here, but it wasn't just a original angel, it's amazing Archangel.
She didn't know what to say but her expression changed when the Archangel summon his silver sword appearing in his right hand.

Archangel: "Hello Queen Luna." His tone turn dark and menacing.

Nebula is confused but still shock on why he called her Queen Luna at first until her thought was cut off when he charged at her. She dodge every attack but one thing was attacked was the bouquet of flowers she bought. He slashed the plant in half and the petals crumbled and pulled off from the center.

Nebula quickly jump back from the swing of the sword and fought back by using her psychic powers to telepathically struck the Archangel with a strong force. She then use her telekinesis to lift up a tree and threw the whole thing at Gabriel. Archangel manage to slash that plant by casting a fiery slash from his sword.

Nebula: 'Unbelievable...'

Her thought was cut off when Archangel zoomed close and punch her, sending Nebula through the air and landed next to the playground. Her mouth is bleeding a bit when he punched her in the stomach. Everyone ran out of the park with their kids out of the scene when the Archangel appeared again and approached at Nebula. She try to fight back but he grabbed her by the neck and lift her up from the ground. His grip were getting tight around her neck making her loose her breathe. She struggled to be release from his grip hand but no budge because of his strength.

Archangel: "This is the end your highness. Say goodbye Queen Luna."

When he was about to finish her off, a static beam struck the backside of his armor. His whole body turned while holding Nebula facing little kids holding their 2 x 4 technologies at him.

Numbuh 5: "You let miss Nebula go or Numbuh 5 will give you another zap of your life!"

Archangel: "Begone humans, I don't need this child's game you're playing!" He shouted and giving the kids a glare through his armor mask.

Numbuh 2: "She said let go of her you winged brute!"

Archangel growl and drop Nebula. He then approached to the children while Nebula is catching her breath.

Numbuh 2 launch a cart of orange juice from his B.A.J.O.O.K.A weapon at the Archangel but he slash it in half spilling the orange liquid out.

Numbuh 4: "Woah!"

Archangel raise his sword in the air ready to finish them off, Nebula quickly use her telekinesis to push the kids out of way. The sword swung down missing them.

Numbuh 5: "Miss Nebula! Come on girl!" She ran up to her and help her up.

Nebula: "Thank you Number 5."

Numbuh 2: "A little help here!"

Numbuh 4 try shooting the Archangel with G.U.M.Z.O.O.K.A but no effect because his armor is well built and hard. Gabriel cast a wind cutter magic to slash Numbuh 2 and 4's weapons into bits leaving both of the boys in shock.

Nebula: "Kids!" She shouted and cast another telekinesis magic again to move the boys away from Gabriel and to her.

Numbuh 4: "He turn my weapon into tiny bits!"

Archangel is getting annoyed of their child's play and approached them and Nebula.

Nebula: "Kids, hold on tight and don't let go." She ordered them as they were told.

Numbuh 5 clinging on Nebula's dress, Numbuh 2 holding her left hand, and finally Numbuh 4 holding Abby's hand.

Nebula use teleportation magic to send her and the kids somewhere far so the Archangel won't search for them. While holding together, it helps them travel with her.

The magic transported them to the treehouse. Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 3 ran up to them in a worried expression.

Numbuh 3: "Nebby, are you okay?!" She said completely worried and hug the Psychic Magician.

Numbuh 1: "What happen?!"

Numbuh 2: "We saw a guy with angel wings attacking Miss Nebula!"

Numbuh 1: "An angel? That's impossible!"

Numbuh 4: "It's true Numbuh 1, we saw with our own eyes!"

Nebula: "He's telling the truth Number 1, but he's no ordinary angel. He's an Archangel."
