KND Operation: M.A.G.I.C

Chapter 2

Sector V invited the teenage magician to their enormous treehouse. Zaku, Kage, and Nebula appear inside the treehouse by using magic to teleport.

Numbuh 1: "Glad you teenagers can make it, we would like to discuss-" he was cut off when Numbuh 3 talk to the magicians.

Numbuh 3: "Are you going to do some magic?! I brought my magician Rainbow Monkey to watch!" She said in a happy tone.

Kage: "Of course young child. Like I said, we would never break a child's promise. But my friend Nebula brought cake for all of you."

Nebula pull out a box of Strawberry Shortcake. The kids gather around and look at the delicious cake with hunger in their eyes.

Numbuh 2: "What kind is it?"

Nebula: "It's strawberry shortcake. We'll slice up the cake later on."

Numbuh 1: "Will you guys please concentrate!? I was in a middle of a talk."

Kage: "We apologize young child, please continue."

Numbuh 1: "As I was saying, we are Sector V of the Kids Next Door. Our job to battle against the evil of adulthood. I am Numbuh 1 of Sector V."

Numbuh 2: "I'm Numbuh 2."

Numbuh 3: "Numbuh 3!"

Numbuh 4: "Numbuh 4!"

Numbuh 5: "And I'm Numbuh 5 y'all."

Nebula: "What interesting nicknames you kids made up."

Numbuh 1: "Those are our codenames, Miss Nebula."

Nebula: "Sorry but it sounds cute." She said making Numbuh 1 blush.

Kage: "Well Number 1, I'm Kage. And my friends Nebula and Zaku. I'm great at using cards, Nebula is great at creating illusions, and Zaku is great at making things disappear." He said and tip his top hat.

Numbuh 3: "Can we see your magic now? I'm really excited to see!"

Kage: "Of course young child- I mean Number 3." He said in proper English.

Nebula pull out a blue rose, she grab it with both hands, and turn it into a magic wand.

The kids' eyes widen in amazement as they watch her trick. She then use her wand at the strawberry shortcake to slice it into eight pieces with magic.

The kids "Oooo!" and smile. Nebula summon a huge table with five cups of root beer on it.

Numbuh 4: "Alright!"

The kids dig in the strawberry shortcake and drink root beer.

Numbuh 2: "You guys are amazing! No one ever award us like this! And the strawberry shortcake taste so delicious!" He said while eating a slice of cake.

Nebula: "You kids are really sweet." She giggle and pour of Earl Grey in her tea cup.

Numbuh 4: "How do you guys do it?!"

Kage: "A magician never reveal their secret to others." He said and took a sip of tea.

Suddenly their tea time were interrupted when the alarm went off in the treehouse. Kage accidentally spill his tea from the security alarm.

Kage: "What was that?!" He said and clean himself up.

Numbuh 1: "Sorry about that, it's our security alarm going off. Hm it's looks like Mr. Fizz is stealing gallons of root beer at the soda factory. Without soda, kids won't enjoy the sugary flavor. We'll handle him while you magicians stay here when we're gone."

Zaku: "Sure thing, Numbuh 1." He chuckle trying to speak in a childish tone.

When they left to stop Mr. Fizz, Kage and the others disappear to watch them if they need help.

They appear outside the soda factory and it looks like the kids are already inside because their ride called the C.O.O.L.B.U.S is parked there.

Kage: "I guess they're already here. That was fast."

The teens heard a fight inside the factory so they checked it out, what they saw are the kids shooting at Mr. Fizz in some kind of barrel armors filled with root beer.

Mr. Fizz: "You brats, don't you know that kids drinking soda under thirteen is illegal." He shouted and blast Sector V with sticky root beer to trap them together.

They struggle to break free but it's hopeless, the stickiness is stuck to them and to the ground.

Nebula: 'That cruel man, lets give them a show.' She use telepathy to talk with her friends.

When Mr. Fizz is about to finish them off, a playing card appear and it struck the root beer cannon with a single hit.

Mr. Fizz: "Ow! What the?!" He turn to face with three teenagers standing on top of crates of soda bottles.

Zaku: "Hey root beer geezer! No on hurts these kids!"

Mr. Fizz: "Geezer!? I'll show you punks not to call me that!" He shouted and blasted root beer at them but they dodge it by disappearing with magic.

Mr. Fizz: "What the?! Where did they go?!" He turn around searching for his surrounding but magic rings appear cuffing his wrists and legs together causing him to fall down to the floor.

Numbuh 4: "What was that?! I can't see where it came from!" He shouted while struggling from the sticky root beer.

Zaku reappear next to the kids. He command his mice to lick the sticky root beer to free them.

Numbuh 1: "What are you doing here?! I told you to stay in the treehouse!" He yelled at them.

Kage and Nebula reappear next to Zaku.

Kage: "That is true but it looks like you kids needed help back there."

Numbuh 1: "We can handle the missions all by ourselves and we don't need your help. You guys are teenagers, not Kids Next Door members."

Nebula kneel down in front of them.

Nebula: "We aren't just regular teenagers Number 1, we're just magicians with amazing tricks. Our jobs is to entertain everyone to make them feel amazed. And also making kids happy." She said and smiled at him.

Numbuh 1 looks at them once more and turn to his teammates.

Numbuh 1: "We'll take Mr. Fizz to Arctic base and you magicians need to let us handle the missions next time."

Kage: *sigh* "Alright Number 1, as your command." He said and bow to him.

But what they don't know is that a Teen Ninja is spying on the mysterious teenagers talking to the Kids Next Door.
