KND Operation: M.A.G.I.C

Chapter 4

The Magicians woke up from a beautiful sunny morning. They rise up from their bed and stretch their bodies. Later on, they get dress, eat a healthy breakfast and preparing to work on performing in public places.

Kage: "Remember the routine we did yesterday."

Nebula: "Of course. We remembered."

A smooth fur brushed against Nebula's leg leaving some friction. Nebula looked down who is the fluffy culprit, it was Midnight the Ragdoll. Midnight is Nebula's cat.

Nebula: "Hello my cute and cuddly kitty." She said and pick up the adorable cat.

Midnight let out a meow in a cute tone.

The sun shine so bright in this beautiful morning at the park. Everyone gathered around as Nebula performs her spectacular magic trick with her assistant/pet Midnight. Midnight loves to perform in every act with its owner. She would award her cat with delicious cat treats or juicy sardines at a seafood store.

Nebula: "Now, I will make my sweet kitty disappear." She announced to the audience and hold out a huge golden magic ring.
"Are you ready Midnight?"

Midnight nodded. She hopped through the magic trick and disappear for a second.

Everyone went "Ooo!" as they watch Nebula continue on her work.

She hold out a magic box from underneath the table and hold out her magic wand. She tapped the edge of the box causing the top lid to open.

Midnight appear out of the box with the blue rose holding in her mouth.

Nebula: "Ta-da!"

The audience clapped in amazement of a wonderful performance.

Nebula: "Aww, you are too kind. Thank you for joining the show everyone!" She said and disappear into blue smoke with Midnight on her shoulder.

Nebula reappear into another place which is the alley.

Nebula: "Midnight, you were amazing out there." She said and petted her kitty. "So, how much did you steal?"

Midnight hold out golden bracelets, watches, and necklaces through her fluffy tail like a jewelry holder. When Midnight disappear through the magic ring, she reappeared behind the audience and deviously swipe all of the jewelries off of them quickly. Her speed is pretty fast when she snags items without getting caught.

Nebula: "Perfect, maybe we could give it to the homeless. What do you think?"

Midnight let out a purr and nuzzle at its owner's cheek.

Nebula: "You know, you are really cute when you purr like that." She said and pet Midnight again.

Time skip

Sector V went on a important mission to spy on the teens. They got word from Moonbase that they spotted the teens buying dresses and tuxedos, females getting their hair done and putting makeup on. Nigel believe they are planning something evil and figure out a plan to foil it as soon as possible.

Numbuh 2 however invented a 2 x 4 technology that has the ability to listen to people's conversations from a far distance. It is shaped as a small microphone and very comfortable to fit in a ear.

Numbuh 1: "Did you get anything yet Numbuh 2?"

Numbuh 1: "Not yet but I'm picking up something." He said and turn up the volume up some more on the remote he installed.

He listened carefully of the female teens talking about the cutest dress they bought for prom and how their dates are picking them up in a limousine.

However, Numbuh 2 got something else. He hear that familiar voice that sounds amusing that it soothes people and talks like a gentleman. It's Kage.

Numbuh 2: "Numbuh 1 you gotta take a look at this."

Numbuh 1: "What is it?"

Numbuh 2 handed him the binoculars as when Numbuh 1 take a look, he spotted Kage performing there with a group of people around him watching his performance.

Numbuh 3: "Is that Kage?! I wanna see his magic trick!"

Numbuh 1: "We can't. If the teens spotted us, our mission will fail and they will catch us on the act."

Kage continues on his work as he start blowing sparkling bubbles in the air. Each bubbles pop into colorful glitter falling like raindrops.

Numbuh 1 watch closely until he spotted something off. There is a rabbit with black spots sneakily stealing wallets and jewelries from the crowd.

Numbuh 2: "What on earth is that rabbit doing? This couldn't be right." He said.

The rabbit then reappear out of Kage's top hat.

Kage: "Hello my fuzzy friend, Oreo." He said and the rabbit hop on his head.

Everyone "aww" as the cute critter. Oreo let out a cute giggle and hop back into Kage's top hat.

Kage: "Thank you for the amazing performance." He said and disappear with purple smoke.

Numbuh 3: "Yay! That was amazing!"

Numbuh 5: "Numbuh 5 doesn't like what he just did."

Numbuh 2: "Anyone has to know about it. I mean, stealing is wrong."

Numbuh 1: "Of course it is. Maybe we can have a chat with them."

Numbuh 5: "I got the card but there's no number." She said a bit disappointed but when she flip through the back, there are words saying "Come and meet us by saying the magic word "Alakazam."

Numbuh 4: "What does it say?"

Numbuh 5: "We have to say "Alakazam" to meet the Magicians."

Numbuh 4: "That is the most stupidest thing to do! Why don't we meet them in person?"

Numbuh 5: "I don't think they gave us their address."

Numbuh 2: "Alright but I'm kinda afraid of what would happen."

Numbuh 5: "Stop being scared and say the word together."

Sector V said the word "Alakazam" together as glittery purple smoke starts surrounding the kids, they are in complete shock on what is going on. It lift them up from the ground and into the air.

Numbuh 4: "What is going on?! What's happening?!" He panicked and hold Hoagie tight.

The magic smoke transported them to their destination at the Top Hat Café. The purple smoke clear up as the kids open their eyes to see where they are. The café is filled with employees cleaning and cooking the desserts in the kitchen.

Numbuh 2: "Where are we?"

Kage: "You're at the Top Hat Café dear children."
