The Glass of Time - A Hogwarts Story

Friends

It was dark and cold outside but inside was toasty . The sound of blue rain surrounded the enclosed room. Eyes peered into her soul. The thought melted away as she felt a shake on her shoulder.
"Where in the name of merlins beard were you ,why are you drenched?" Padma exclaimed. She tried to reply but another ranted.
"Do you know how worried we were ?"Luna shouted.
"Do you realise there other people in the world than you? "Someone yelled. Suddenly the room felt more than concerned for her. She turned around and too her unsurprising surprise it was Cho. Her eyes incised her mind .
"You are bringing Ravenclaw down with you huh couldn't have expected better from you "Cho sulked. Padma stepped back.
"Cho , are you not concerned for her are you even in the right mind." Luna argued.
"Right mind?, says the person who dresses like a lunatic, Luna tic , who let these imbeciles into Hogwarts,  right Padma." Marietta  smirked.
There was a moment of sheer  silence.
"They're not imbeciles "Padma mumbled.
The air got thick . The blue light flickered.
"Excuse me" Cho convicted . She squinted at Padma in disbelief.
"I said they're not imbeciles "Padma repeated loudly.
Her mind was going :what have I done what have I just done.
Cho stared her dead in the eye ,gritted her teeth and walked towards her dorm.
Back at the dorm....
Evie had a towel wrapped around her.
The thunder rumbled in through the windows. The place was voiceless. Rrrrrr ...."No one saw me" Evie justified.
"So where were you? "Padma roared.
"No where "Evie slammed.
"Well you must have been somewhere..."Luna said.
"Does it matter where I was? "Evie disputed. She didn't want her friends to know about Carlos because she was afraid they would snitch.
"Yes it does "Padma said walking from side to side.
Evie looked her dark brown eyes up at her.
"I was at... the library" Evie lied.
"There's a library in the common room "Padma justified . Luna looked her right in the eye. Evie channelled away.
Rrrrr......"listen friends don't lie "Luna explained.
"Trust us "Padma whispered.  They smiled.
Rrrrrr....."fine I was with a friend  "Evie mumbled .
"A friend? I thought you said you had no other friends from the isle" Luna inspected .
"And why'd you run off as soon as...unless ,you were with him weren't you " Padma interrogated.
"I can explain " Evie admitted.
"We 're listening. "Padma stated. 

"huh, Carlos and Jay had an argument and things just got out of hand so I went to him to ask what had happened and make him feel better and it was raining and I know I should have told you and not run off ,I hope your not mad that I have a friend in Hufflepuff, I'm really sorry." Evie blurted grinning looking up at them.

They chuckled. "Why on earth would we be mad that you have a Hufflepuff 'friend' " Padma laughed.

"Because you hate Hufflepuff's ,don't you?" Evie asked confused. 

"You do realise we also have friends in different houses, like Neville, I was talking to him in potions" Luna explained. 

"And Fred and George, we would love to meet Carlos ,your 'friend' " Padma extenuated.

"Why'd you say friend like that ? " Evie asked cluelessly .

"No reason " Padma laughed walking to her wardrobe. She had never noticed how pretty their room was. Padma had posters of muggle tv shows. One was a poster of a girl with bluebell hair with a costume with ladybug spots.  The boy had dashing blonde hair and was in a cat suit which looked like her cat's . It had the Eiffel lover in the background which Evie knew load about , since her love for France's fashion. Another poster had many different people, who either looked like they were about to kill somebody or be killed either way the mortifying creature gave her the chills. Also the girl in the middle was reaching out to her for real ,she noticed it was labelled 'Stanger things' in blood red calligraphy. The last poster on her wardrobe was with 3 girls the middle with a red dress and phone ,the other two with phones, too . It kind of reminded her of them three . She felt clueless about the muggle tv shows , it was actually named clueless in bold white writing.
