The sun arose out of the shifting clouds. Padma woke up first weirdly enough. She saw her dormmates in a wistful sleep. She peered in the distance still trying to get to sleep. A note slid under the door. It was too early for this she thought. Tiredly , she scrambled out of her bed, because the curiosity was too much to take. She blinked twice or thrice. Then reached her hand out to grab the scrap.
To E, Meet me at the greenhouses
What Padma thought. "What on earth are you doing up so early?" Evie asked struggling up.
"Just....uh ...scrubbing the deck" Padma lied .
"Scrubbing the deck?" Evie questioned just about to get up.
"I couldn't have thought of anything else" Padma said under her breath.
"What was that?" Evie asked.
"Nothing, I'm going back to sleep now" stated Padma already hopping onto her bed.
"Ok" said Evie wondering if things could get any weirder here. She walked towards her wardrobe and felt something under her foot. It was a note.
To E , Meet me at the greenhouses
She was absolutely elated. Her mother told her only princes would come and leave notes to meet them . She was going to have a prince ,a castle and lots and lots of mirrors. She would not have worry about going to Malfoy manor and her mom would be proud. She shrieked with joy.
Luna awoke startled while Padma was just eavesdropping.
"Sorry ,go back to sleep" Evie said skipping away into the shower room trying to control her excitement. The door slammed behind her .
"Luna" Padma whispered.
"Luna "She whispered again.
"LUNA" She whispered louder.
"What" Luna said .
"Evie got a scrap of paper-"Padma continued.
"Padma I want you to think about this ,what you are telling me now is it really so important you have to tell me on a Saturday morning?" Luna interrupted making it clear she wanted to sleep.
"Yes yes it is whilst you were snoring away" Padma clarified.
"Wait I snore?" Luna blurted.
"That's not the point" Padma made clear.
"What is the point" Luna asked thinking what could be more important.
"THE POINT IS EVIE GOT A NOTE FROM A RANDOM STRANGER TO MEET HER AT THE GREENHOUSES AND SHES PROBABLY GOING TO GO TO MEET A RANDOM STRANGER SO WE NEED TO FOLLOW HER" Padma yelped. The shower stopped.
"Is everything alright out there" Evie called.
"Yes its fine" Padma squealed back.
"Maybe she just needs some space after yesterday" Luna explained.
"Maybe" Padma admitted standing up. The door blasted open.
She was wearing a navy blue medieval dress with a satin embroidery and flourishing flowers.
