Long ago, in the ancient elf land of Lelsa'shara, ruled two goddesses: Nym, the goddess of the sun, light and life, and Aoora, the goddess of the moon, darkness and death. They protected the four great kingdoms together. A thousand years ago, rulers from each kingdom gifted them the most precious crystals they could find. The goddesses enchanted the crystals, creating the Four Stones of Lelsa'shara, symbols of protection, power and love.
Nym was given the emerald of the ever-green magical lands of Di'alora, and the topaz of the sunny kingdom full of art of Em'thalore, while Aoora received the aquamarine of the kingdom that had the most dilligent and hard-working teachers and doctors, On'svalor, and the amethyst of the rich in magic, violet-skied Alma'thalor.Ever since the goddesses were divided, a great imbalance started to be felt throughout the kingdoms. It is said that Aoora made everyone's life miserable, while Nym's kingdoms lived in abundance and joy.
Until a few decades ago, when Aoora started taking over Alma'thalorians' minds, gathering a whole army of elves, ready to attack the kingdom of On'svalor. There was war. Many souls were taken that day. Many tears were shed. What made everything stop was a brave group of On'svalorians that followed a ritual from a forbidden book, capturing the soul of Aoora into the body of an elf. The ritual succeeded but the elf attracted bad luck and disasters wherever he went, so for the joy and peace of the people, the young elf was locked in the deepest dungeon under the city of Nalyreth. The book that guided the ritual was never to be found. Until today.
