The rest of the evening passed by with introductions and career talks. Jimin became soo excited when Hoseok mentioned that he was the founder of 'Hope on the Street', that he almost jumped onto the couch the way he and Taehyung always did when they got excited or overwhelmed.

He caught himself in the last millisecond and tried to cover it by scratching his foot. But everyone burst out laughing when Hoseok mentioned that he was the 'Hope' of 'Hope on the street' and Jimin jumped onto the couch for real.

"REALLY?!?!?!" he yelled as he jumped up. He froze for a second before jumping back down and apologizing for jumping onto the couch.

Jungkook laughed so hard that his leg fell off the teapoy with a dull thud. He was almost in tears when they had to put it back on the pillow.

"I am gonna enroll myself for sure. I've been thinking of doing it for sooo long" Jimin whined. "Why didn't you do it?" Hoseok asked. "This prick isn't interested in it" Jimin said, making a nasty face while pointing at Taehyung.

"Hey!! I did not ask you not to join it, jackbutt! Don't blame me!" Taehyung exclaimed immediately.

"You guys, seriously! I thought I would never find someone who cursed more than Yoongi, but you guys are proving me wrong!" Seokjin said before Jimin or Hoseok could react to Taehyung. "Really?!" Taehyung chuckled. "True. I've learnt twenty four new curses in the past three hours" Namjoon said, nodding slightly with a grim face.

Everyone gaped at him for a while before Jimin spoke up. "Please tell me you didn't actually count" he said. Namjoon grinned sheepishly, displaying his adorable dimples. "I did" he said. There was pin-drop silence for a while before, "This is what it feels like to have a lawyer boyfriend who has an IQ of 148" Seokjin said.

Everyone burst out at that. Jungkook's grandparents joined them in their laughter as well. After their laughter died down, Bong Soon asked them to file into the dining room for dinner.

Bong Soon had taken an immediate liking to Jimin. No matter how much he insisted that he was a manly man and not a cute little rice cake, she didn't relent. But after he heard her call Yoongi a 'lil meow meow', he gave up and let her call him 'her little manggaetteok'.

In the little time that they had spent together, Jimin had observed that Yoongi was a no-shit manly man. And if he had no problem being called a 'lil meow meow', he realized that he should learn to adjust to Jungkook's grandmother's weird nicknames as well. He was going to be a regular visitor, after all.

But just when he thought she couldn't come up with weirder names, she called Namjoon 'Bermuda' because of his deep dimples. He had to admit it, Namjoon's expression when she suddenly called him 'Bermuda' out of the blue had been extremely funny.

Namjoon left after dinner, insisting that he really had to prepare for the next day's case once again. Yoongi and Hoseok left shortly after Namjoon. They kept saying that their pet needed them, but all of them knew what they were going back for.

"Halmeoni, can you entertain Taehyung and Jimin for a while? I wanna talk to Jungkook about a few confidential matters" Seokjin said. "Yeah, sure" Bong Soon said and asked Taehyung and Jimin to follow her.

"I am sorry, guys. But this really is confidential" Seokjin said. "It's okay, we understand" Jimin said before the two of them followed Bong Soon into the living room.

"Kookie, something is fishy" Seokjin said, jumping right into the topic. "Huh?" Jungkook was confused. "Did you notice that small interaction between Taehyung and Jimin when I said Jimin's voice sounded familiar?" Seokjin asked. Jungkook shook his head.

"Jimin looked at Taehyung and Taehyung shook his head subtly. So Jimin turned back to me and said this was the first time he was talking to me. I would have brushed it off if not for that small interaction" Seokjin said.

"Ohh. Otherwise they are fine, right?" Jungkook asked. "Yeah, they are. Just this one" Seokjin said. Jungkook hummed. "Let's see. It isn't that fishy, to be honest. Maybe we'll find out what it was about after a few days" Jungkook said. "Yeah, right. I just don't want them to be frauds or someth-" "Hyung, they are Harabeoji's best friend's grandchildren. They can't be frauds. Don't worry. They will tell us if we need to know" Jungkook said.

"Right" Seokjin said and spaced out on the table while nodding his head slowly and continuously. After a while, he came back to his senses and helped Jungkook get back to the living room.

Taehyung and Jimin left after a while, while Seokjin decided to stay the night at Jungkook's house. Bong Soon had been reluctant to send Taehyung and Jimin back home and had hugged them tight before letting them leave. Taehyung and Jimin promised her that they would stop by as frequently as possible before leaving.

"You got a good one, Kookie" she said after they left. "I did. I like him" Jungkook said and grinned. "Good for you. Take good care of him, okay?" she said. "Of course, I will. You are supposed to say this to him, not me! He isn't your grandson! I am!" Jungkook exclaimed.

Bong Soon laughed out loud and patted his shoulder. "Of course, baby. I will tell him too. I am just giving you some advice. Don't just expect your partner to do everything for you. You have to reciprocate it too. How would you feel if you do everything for him and he doesn't reciprocate?" she asked.

"Lonely..." Jungkook said. "Lonely?...Okay, everyone has different ways of looking at things, but yeah. That is why you should reciprocate, okay? And there is no house without fights and there is no couple without arguments. You should learn to keep them inside four walls. No matter how much you fight, you shouldn't let others know about it. It should be among yourselves. Never drag your fights to the street, okay? There are always people waiting to separate a power couple" Bong Soon said.

Jungkook hummed. "You are right, Halmeoni. I will try my best to keep them among ourselves" Jungkook said.

"And one more thing, Jungkookie. Marriage also comes with responsibilities and compromises. You should learn to differentiate between a sacrifice and a compromise. It is okay to compromise for your partner. But don't sacrifice yourself in the process, okay? You might not understand this now, but a day will come when you understand these words perfectly" she said.

Jungkook hummed again. "I will keep it in mind" he said. "I can use these points in my life too" Seokjin said. "Of course. It is for everyone" Bong Soon said and ruffled Seokjin's hair.

"Now go and get some sleep, kids. It's Monday tomorrow and you are going to the company" Bong Soon said. "Ohh, yeahh" Jungkook perked up at that.

Every single person had been against Jungkook going back to the company so soon, but he was too stubborn. He became more stubborn after seeing the monthly report, if that was even possible. So they finally let him do what he wanted, provided he used a wheelchair.

His face fell at the thought of being stuck in a wheelchair for the next two weeks. "Don't worry, Kookie. It won't take long before you start using crutches instead of using a wheelchair" Seokjin said, noticing the sudden change in his expression.

"Yeahh. Let's just go and sleep" Jungkook said. Seokjin got up and wrapped Jungkook's arm around his shoulder and slowly helped him into his room. He sat Jungkook on the bed and let him change his clothes while he changed his own clothes and slid under the covers on the other side of the bed.

"Good night" he said. "Good night, hyung" Jungkook said and fell asleep after a while.
