Bobby~ The main character who finds out he has a dad. He's scared out of his mind most of the time and doesn't know which way is up. He hopes that maybe Fonzie can be what he needs, but it takes him a while to get to know him. (He looks like this but with oval glasses.)

Fonzie~ The second main character who finds out he's a dad. He's earned the reputation of rebel. Everyone thinks he's a guy you just don't mess with–until his whole world changes in one day.

Richie~ Fonzie's right hand man whom he goes to for everything. Really, he's the only guy Fonzie trusts fully, even with his motorcycle. Richie ends up being a big help for Fonzie with his kid.

Joanie~ Richie's younger sister, but really everybody's younger sister. She is very kind but very sassy. She doesn't shrink back at adventure. She'll say yes to anything Fonzie asks, especially if it means anything with his motorcycle. She becomes good friends with Bobby too, even though he's only half her age.
