Into the Other World

Through the window she saw the clear blue sky,the sun shining and she knew that it was time to get ready for school. She had over slept again.
"Bye Mom!!"
She hears her brother shouting.
'Another long day',she thought as she jumped off her bed and prompted herself.
"Ivy!! This again ",exclaimed her mother the moment she came down.
"Bye Mom",she said and left for school.
Book in hand she walk to school,aimlessly. There as she waited for the light to turn red she stood there and wondering.
Half way she met with her friends,Jackson and Aila. The two were excited for school as for Ivy,she wasn't excited at all,she found school troublesome and boring.
"Have you finished your report ?",aksed Jackson.
Aila nodded and turned to Ivy.
Ivy was a smart kid and obviously her friends knew that she had done it on the time it was assigned.
Jackson laughed,"No use asking her Aila,she's already finished it a long time back".
Ivy just looked at Jackson and smile.
They finally arrived at school, they got into their classes and then time flew fast and by the time they knew it,the bell for the last period rang.
Everyone rushed for home and so did the three friends.
"See you tomorrow guys",said Aila as she parted ways with the two.
Soon after Ivy and Jackson parted ways.

"I'm back!"shouted Ivy.
She went to the kitchen and saw her mom preparing dinner,her father's busy in the sitting room as usual and her brother is in his room studying.
'What a book worm',she thought.
Frustrated,she went to her room and freshen up. After a few hours it was dinnertime.
"How was school you two?",asked her father.
"It was great,we learned math,english,geography, and..."
"Alright we get it",said Ivy,"You learned a lot today,gosh".
"What about you Ivy"said her mother,"How was school for you".
"It was as usual",she said.
They had a quiet dinner then.
A few hours later the house was dark and quiet, the dark night came and they all went to sleep.

That night Ivy had a strange dream,she tossed and turned but didn't wake up and all of a sudden she felt as if she was somewhere else,somewhere that was not her room and somewhere not home.
"Why is my bed so hard?"said Ivy,"Did I fall off? Why is it so bright? What time is it?"
She opened her eyes and found herself in an unknown place,she rubbed her eyes and pinched herself but the place didn't go away.
'Where am I?',she thought.
She sat there stunned and bewildered as she looked around the unknown palce which she woke up in.
