then I see pansy Parkinson. Pansy is my bestfriend and always has been, she's the same age as me and is going into her first year too. I already know she is going to be a slytherin because her whole family are pureblood slytherins. "y/n hi, I've missed you so much, I can't wait for us to get to hogwarts, let's go!" and without hesitation she runs through the wall, shortly after you wave back to your mum and follow her. as you go through the transparent wall you can hear voices talking and the trains whistle blowing, you know that you need to be quicker so you chase after pansy and find yourself a seat next to this strange quiet girl who was talking to herself. her hair looked soft and had nice waves through it as you feel the breeze of the wind, you notice her eyes they are like diamonds and they are the colour of the ocean. you look carefully at her necklace which seemed to be handmade then you say "hi, I'm y/n mills, who are you." she turns to you suprised that someone has spoken to her and she said "hi y/n, I'm Luna lovegood, it's my first year at hogwarts." she speaks with a very soft voice. "that's cool, it's my first year too," you explain. she seems hesitant to say anything else so you just sit there in silence.
*40 minutes later*
you've arrived at hogwarts and you look out the window to see the beautiful picturesque view. "Wow, this is amazing, isn't it?" says luna.
"yes it's gorgeous." you say.
