the slytherin princess

The beginning!

I got onto this wooden boat, with 5 other people, seamus had short brown hair and red glowy cheeks, ron had ginger hair which stood out alot. these were the first hogwarts boys I've ever met, they both looked young so I assumed they were the same age as me. the boat was rocking back and forth, just bobbing along a dark mysterious lake. I wasn't paying much attention to anyone, whilst they were laughing and playing around, our boat was silent. When I looked into the distance I could see hogwarts, which was going to be my new home. the outside of the castle was decorated very poorly but as some people have told me including my mother,who was a pureblood slytherin, the inside was decorated sharply and elegantly. It wasn't rusted down after all these years, and now I was about to find out what it was really like at hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. The boat ride came to an end and professor mcgonagall was standing infront of me, professor mcgonagall was very fond of my mother and my mother liked her too, so I wasn't suprised when she greeted me with a warm welcome. instantly she new who I was by the smirk on her face when she layed her eyes upon me. My hair was similar to my fathers and she and my father were very close, even closer than my mother and her. "You may now proceed to exit out of your boats, and head towards the castle." said mcgonagall. everyone seemed very exitied to attend this school, except from one boy who almost had a tear running down his cheek, this boy was the same boy that was talking to pansy earlier.
I stepped out of my boat cautiously trying to not fall in the water. "Everyone follow me." said a very abnormably large man, who had to be atleast 8 feet tall. "I'm hagrid, keeper of keys and grounds at hogwarts." I started to follow him intrigued and ready for a new beginning.
