I'm woken up by the sound of the birds and the owls, a bright light shines through the window into my eyes, I extend my arms and rise up from my squishy bed to see Hermione across from me getting changed into her casual jumper and hat. I looked outside to the window to see the wind blowing the whomping willow around and the quidditch pitch. "Rise and shine, y/n." Hermione says playfully.
"it's the quidditch match today, your going to be late."
"sorry, I will get ready now." I say excitedly.
*8:45*
You start getting ready, you slip on your beige jumper and your black ripped jeans, and you head outside with Fred,George,dean Thomas,Neville longbottom,Hermione and lavender brown. The grass was bright green and the crowd was filled with smiley faces between the slytherin side and the gryffindor side. I get my seat and notice draco malfoys face looking sad again, I wonder to my myself why I care about him so much, and I think for a while until I snap back to reality. "Y/n why do you keep looking at draco malfoy, he's a player you know." says Neville.
I look back over there and see him kissing a random girl but then I notice that's pansy, so I roll my eyes and look away. pansy hasn't talked to me in about 2 days and I think it's because I'm in gryffindor.
When the match is over, the scores are 150 gryffindor to 80 slytherin. Everyone is cheering so I say my goodbyes to my friends and start to walk over to pansy, she still standing next to draco so I just ignore him. "hey pans, how are you?" I say.

"hello y/n, why are you talking to me?" pansy said disgusted.
"because your my bestfriend of course." I exclaim.
"ew who would want to be friends with you, your in gryffindor now!" She said.
my heart shattered in that second and tearing filled up my eyes and they nearly overflowed like a pool filling up.
"Pansy stop, don't you know who her dad is?" Malfoy says.
"what are you talking about?" pansy says.
"yes malfoy what are you talking about? my dad is gone, you know that." I say confused.
"no he's not, your dad is alive y/n!" draco says even more confused.
"WAIT WHAT, SINCE WHEN!" I shout.
everyone is startled and stares at me.
