Make a decision (FINN WOLFHARD)

Chapter 8

Finn still never texted me back. I figured he just left and went back to his house. But I wanted to see him.
"Noah should we go to Finns house and talk to him?" I asked
"Yea let's go I will drive" Noah replied
I was still just in pajamas shorts and a hoodie but I didn't mind I was kinda sweating. I walked out of the house and made sure to lock the door behind me. The air was really cold and little snow flakes fell down.
"It's snowing!" I said excited
"Ya" Noah said not even half as excited
We got into the car. Noah said he lived 6 minutes away so it was pretty close. I figured this would be one of my last chances to talk to Noah alone about what just happened.
"Noah, your not in love with me." I say calmly
"What do you mean. Yea I am I would know." He replies kinda mad
"It's just, if you were in love with me you wouldn't have treated me like shit while you were dating Bianca. You wouldnt have stayed with her for so long." I say
"I know I fucked up Summer. But I promise maybe you are right it's not full love yet but I have feelings for you. And there strong. All I want to do is kiss you right now. All I want to do is be with you forever. That's how I feel right now." Noah replies calmly
I can't even process what he is saying. This would have been the best news of my life. It definitely isn't bad news but it makes everything so complicated.
"We are here." Noah says as we arrive at this huge mansion
"Wow." I say
I walk out of the car and Noah follows. Then we ring his doorbell. No answer. Then we knock hard no answer. Ughh I ring the door bell one more time and I hear footsteps coming to the door. Thank god. A woman opens the door.
"Hi can I help you. Omg hi Noah!!" She says
"You have gotten so tall and handsome. Who's your friend over here?" The woman asks
"I'm Summer nice to meet you." I say
She puts out her hand for me to shake
"Hello Summer I'm Finns mother. Mrs wolfhard." She says kindly
"I'm sorry guys but if you are looking for Finn he isn't home." Mrs wolfhard says
FUCKKK. I think to myself all I wanna do is talk to him. Tell him everything
"Oh ok thank you" I say and start walking to the car
Noah stays back a second and Mrs wolfhard whispers something to Noah.
I can hear what's she says
"Is that your girlfriend Noah? She is very stunning" Mrs wolfhard asks
O she thinks I'm pretty. That made me happy.
"she isn't my girlfriend. I don't have a girlfriend anymore. But yea Summer is beautiful" Noah says and walks to the car.
I blush a little. I feel bad maybe Noah really does feel something for me.
We get in the car.
"What do we do know?" I ask Noah
"Nothing he is probably just out somewhere" Noah says "we can go back to my place and hangout." Noah says
"Yea that's fine but can Emma come?" I ask
"Yes ofc."
I text Emma and tell her to come over to Noah's in ten minutes. We get to Noah's house. We walk into his living room and sit down on the couch. Emma arrives two minutes after we do.
"Hey guys!" She says and sits on the couch next to me.
"I will get some water bottles and snacks." Noah says and head over to the kitchen
"Emma you won't believe what just happened." I say
"What?" She asks
I tell her everything like everything. From what I did last night up to Finn is "missing" now.
"Omg summer. You told Noah you like him. You kissed him!! He is in love with you?" She asks
"I know it's crazy but after he told me he "loves" me or whatever. I just don't feel that away about him anymore. I feel horrible saying it but Finns right Noah treated me like shit the whole time he dated Bianca he can't just switch up like that." I say still trying to whisper really softly
"Yea. I mean obviously I want you to be happy but I think Noah was kinda an ass to you. Maybe Finn is now in the running??" She says smiling
"I think he definitely is." I say smiling back
Noah comes back over with drinks and chips.
I take a water bottle and chug it. I was so thirsty.
Then I hear a loud bang on the door. I quickly stand up and Noah runs to the door and opens it. Really you cant just open the door when you hear a loud bang like that!

He opens the door and Bianca comes running through.
"Noah we need to talk. I understand we broke up but I think it was a mistake like you—.." she stops talking as she walks into the living room.
"Omg!! Your hanging out with them right after we broke up! Do you even care?" She asks
Noah rolls his eye and stands across from Bianca.
"You are really going to hang with this gross, ugly, and unpopular weirdo over me. Im the most popular and gorgeous girl in school." She yells pointing at me
"Yea" he replies
"Ugh Summer is disgusting you should be ashamed. Miss no parents no money dead brother girl." She says laughing
That's it I'm done. I do what I know will hurt her the most. I stand up and kiss Noah. Not just a quick kiss but a full make out. He definitely doesn't pull away this time. He kissed back passionately. I did this kiss as a way of revenge but now I don't want the kiss to stop. It was about 1 minute. I finally pull back for air.
"OH MY GOD!" She yells then slaps Noah on the face and runs out the door.
"Summer.." Noah starts out
"What?" I ask
"I thought you didn't like me" he asks
"I don't know." I say and sit down on the couch
I guess that was enough to satisfy noah because he sits down smiling next to me. I look at Emma. Her eyes are angry and wet. She looks down
"Are you okay?" I ask her
"Yea I'm fine." She says and runs to the bathroom
I look at Noah he shrugs.
I run after her.
She locked the door before I could get in.
I bang on the door
"Let me in!" I yell for 3 minutes
She finally opens the door
"What's wrong!?" I ask her
"Nothing I'm fine" she says wiping the millions of tears on her cheek.
"Something is wrong. You are my best friend you are supposed to tell me this stuff" I say calmly
"It's just. I am going to sound pathetic but Summer I like Noah. I have liked Noah for so long but never could tell you because I knew he liked you and you liked him." She says
My heart feels so heavy. I feel horrible I never knew this.
"Emma you should have told me." I say
"It's just when you kissed him.I felt so stupid"
"Emma the kiss meant nothing it was just to get on Biancas nerves." I say
Which wasn't true at all the kiss definitely meant something. I felt something during that kiss. Passion.
"Please don't be mad at me." Emma says
"Of course I'm not mad at you." I say and hug her
I kind of am mad this mades EVERYTHING EVEN MORE COMPLICATED. But I can't tell her that.

I walk back over to the living room. Noah is still sitting on the couch. Emma was still in the bathroom washing her face with cold water.
"Is everything okay?" He asks
I nod my head
Then I head my phone ding
It's a text from Finn.
Finn😍
Finn- help me summer it's him he got me!!

I read the text. I'm so confused I show Noah my phone.
"Omg." Noah says "we need to find Finn!! NOW"
