Chp.19

Matts POV

Everybody was here at my house today. We literally did nothing but just ate, talk, and played on our phones. Of course we didn't forget about Arabella. We felt guilty for bullying her and such.

I was watching the news until one thing caught my eye.

"Breaking News a teenage girl was found laying in the middle of the road with blood all around her. Detectives think that it was a girl named Arabella Rose. She was found in Woodbridge Virginia. Detectives think that it was a hit and run. Happily, we found the person who crashed into her. It was Dylan Lucas. He was sentenced to jail for 5 years. Arabella Rose is now doing surgery at the (hospital name). More details coming soon."

I spitted out my cereal. Arabella. Arabella is in the hospital because of us. Everybody was crying and covering their faces while I was crying the hardest. Jack hugged Katerina. I quickly grabbed my car keys and told everyone to go into the car.

I drove to the hospital where she is currently in right now.

When I arrived at the hospital they said on TV, I rushed towards the main desk. "Hey what is Arabella Rose room?" I asked out of breath. "She's in room 297. She's done with surgery but than something else happened to her." She said. I started to get worried. What happened to her?

"Guys she in room 297! Let's go!" I said to my friends. They went behind me as we quickly went into the elevator.

We exited the elevator. I started searching for the room.

295...296...aha! 297!

I was so excited and scared to see her. When we opened the door, there was a doctor with a clipboard. I looked behind him and there was Arabella, she looked so lifeless. She was bruised up badly. Who would be so cruel to do this to such and innocent girl? Of course it was.

We all started crying because of Arabella. She looked so horrible.

Arabella wouldn't open her eyes at all.

I tapped the doctors shoulder. "Umm excuse me, but what happened to Arabella?"

"She's currently in a coma right now. She broke her left arm. She finished surgery awhile ago. But she's currently in a coma right now." The doctor said.

"Oh ok. Is there anything else about her?" I asked

"Well.. There's one more thing but I shouldn't tell you."

"I deserve to know because I'm her boyfriend."

"Ok. Well..." He hesitated. The next thing he said broke me.

"She has Lung Cancer and she only has one year to live."
