"There you two are!" Sirius exclaimed, "We've been looking for you for forever! Should have known you'd be here." Sirius scanned his surroundings. He'd never been in the library before. There were many books. Though, he supposed that's what would be in a library. "Come on! You've been studying for ages! Come with us. We can have some fun," James nudged, playing with Aurora's hair. She swatted his hand away, "Doing what?"
"Pranking. I dunno."
"I don't want to prank, though."
"You're always studying! For the past two months, you've been studying nonstop! What are you even studying?!"
"Potions. I suck in that class." Sirius rolled his eyes. He knew she was just trying to impress Snivellus. "Come on. We've barely hung out so far! You're always with Remus!"
"Not true. I hang out with James too..." Sirius looked accusingly at his friend, who shrugged. "It's not James's fault that you're always with Emily."
"I am not always with E-"
"Heeeey babe!" Emily said, sneaking up on him. She came by his side and kissed his cheek. "Why're you with them?"
"Point proven."
"Oh, shut up."
"Babe-"
"You too!" Sirius was annoyed with his girlfriend. It seemed that everywhere he went, she was there. Emily was a Ravenclaw, so luckily he had an escape when he went back to the Gryffindor Tower, but somehow, she found the Gryffindor passcode. "Wh-what? You surely don't mean that, baby?"
"Oh my God! Shut up! Just shut up!" Aurora yelled. They all looked at her. Aurora was usually calm and collected. She didn't lose her temper much. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Emily glared at her, "Screw off!"
"That would be easier to do if I didn't see you every single moment of the day! I feel like I see you more than I see my own dormmates! You're not even a Gryffindor! Sirius, would you please go away? I'm trying to concentrate, and your girlfriend is annoying me!" Emily whimpered.
"Come one, Siri-poo-"
"Don't call me that. We're done."
"What?" Tears welled up in Emily's eyes.
"We're done!" Emily ran out crying, and Sirius let out a sigh of relief.
"That was kind of mean," Aurora said in a weak voice, looking back at her books.
"I can finally breathe now."
"What's the point in having a girlfriend if you don't even like her that much?" James and Sirius sat down at the table. Sirius shrugged. He didn't like Emily that much. She was pretty, don't get him wrong, but she was boring. She always mindlessly laughed at his jokes, but that was it. She never added anything to them. She often got bored at his Sirius jokes. "What is this? Your 2nd girlfriend this year?" Remus asked.
"No. Third." He didn't like any of them. They were either too boring, too shy, or too outgoing. Sirius sighed. He knew why. They weren't Aurora. He needed to find a girl like Aurora. "What number girlfriend is this?" James asked. Sirius counted them.
"10, I think." Aurora rolled her eyes. "11, if you'd go out with me, Rors."
"Not a chance, Black." Sirius got in the habit of flirting with Aurora. Aurora knew he didn't actually mean it. He was the biggest playboy the school had. Aurora and Remus continued studying, and James and Sirius continued annoying them. Until Madam Pince kicked them out of the library. Aurora was fuming. "I can not believe you two!"
