🐍Third Person's POV🐍

After Professor Mc Gonnagal told the 6th and 7th years to stay. Kingsley (The Minister) stood up and went to the platform where the Headmasters and Headmistresses of Hogwarts once or many times  made their yearly speeches.

"Good Evening Students! As you all know the Wizarding World's population has decreased due to the second wizarding war. Over 60% of our population had died in the war. So the Wizengamot has presented a solution. Which I am sure I, The Headmistress, and all of you will not be pleased at. But I have no choice and neither do you," He sighed and heard whispers of confusion and fear throughout the Great Hall of Hogwarts.

"The New Ministry of Magic presents a new law. The marriage law," He began.

The Whispers grew louder and louder so the Headmistress shouted, "Silence!" and all the students stopped talking.

Kingsley continued, "This marriage law consists of all 17 years old and above wizards and witches to be married by the end of the year. They will have 4 children or more if they desire. After 4 years shall you only be allowed to divorce your partner. You will know who your partner will be by taking a test which will show who you are most compatible with. My deep apologies."

It wasn't like Kingsley wanted this to happen. All he wanted was a peaceful life with harmony and unity finally surrounding everyone.

The students stood up from their sits and shouted, screamed with rage, "How dare you?!"

"You have no right!".

They we're all very furious.

"What the heck?! No way! We have our own rights! We are free witches and wizards!" exclaimed Hermione throughout the Great Hall.

"I have done so much for the wizarding world you can't do this to me!" Harry screamed with much rage than anyone which made everyone look at him in despair.

"This is so unfair! Everyone has the right to marry the person they love. What the hell do you think marriage is?! Some kind of shoe that you can just throw away if you don't like it?! Marriage is sacred and I will not stand for this!" Ginny Weasley stated loudly. Her voice echoed and her face was as red as her flaming red hair. Her freckles became more visible out of her anger.

"I can't believe this! What if I'm paired with a stupid mudblood!" Pansy Parkinson shouted. Everyone looked at her as if she was crazy. She was exaggerating as a bitch like always.

Cries of despair and lament from the students poured in the Great Hall while teachers looked at them with pity and glared the the Minister of Magic. It was the end of their freedom.

"My father will hear about this!" Draco shouted furious at the Minister and Headmistress.

"Actually Mr.Malfoy, you're father are one of the members of the Wizengamot whom 70% won the vote agreeing to this law against us 30 % who simply disagrees," told the Minister with anger to the boy.

"What?!" Shouted Draco furious.

"How can you do this to me?! I saved you from his power and this is how you repay me! You are unjust!" shouted Harry with much anger than Draco and the Minster himself.

"What will you do if refuse then?" asked Hermione who is now much calmer and polite.

"We will snap your wands to halves and take away your magic. You will be obliviated of everything about the whole entire wizarding world, your memories will be replace and you will be thrown to the muggle world for LIFE! For purebloods, we will wipe out your memories with all the members of the Wizarding world including your family and for those who are muggleborns we will also replace your memories and your parents as well," replied the Minister as calm as the wind is when it is.

"No!" Shouted Ginny while crying.

"I'm sorry Ms. Weasley but I suggest that all you that have partners break up with your partner before I come back with the Aurors and compatibility test," the Minister stated before he got his things and went for the door.

But suddenly Kingsley heard a faint voice that said, "I refuse!".

When everyone turned around they saw Lea Hahn, A Gryffindor 6th year.

"I'm not good at magic that much anyway but just flying and its histories. Besides I'm a muggleborn, I don't want to marry someone I might not know or I might hate," Lea said with so much pride. She spoke like a true Gryffindor, So brave and courageous.

Everyone gasped at her decision especially Lavender who was her best friend "Lea! No!" Lavender shouted as she cried and hugged her.

"I'm sorry Lav. My decision is final," Lea replied calmly looking away from her best friend so that she wouldn't change her mind.

"Very well, Be ready all of you at Monday, Goodbye!"  Kingsley Shacklebolt replied as he left the doors of the Great Hall.

Lea isn't from the Harry Potter series originally. I just made her up cause I wanted the rest of them to see what would happen if they refuse so bravely.

The reason why Pureblood have a much worst punishment than muggleborns are because there is a bigger chance that they will remember everything right after. After all, One cannot replace a place they grew up in. As for Half-bloods, it depends we're they grew up. If you grew up in the wizarding world, wipe out memories. If you grew up in the muggle world, replaced memories.

I'm sorry that this is just so bad. YeahI won't deny that fact. If I have any wrong grammar on this chapter, Let me know. Have a lovely day!😇
