Hermione's POV

"Ahh!" I heard a scream coming from downstairs quickly waking me up from my slumber. I saw Drake open his eyes as well and we looked at each other, deciding to come down to check what happened.

When we came down this is not what we expect we'd see at 5 am in the morning. Blood was smeared in the walls, papers were scattered in the floor, and there was a box that contained a finger.

Ron's finger...

I didn't get to properly process what happened when Blaise and Ginny came to my eyesight consoling a very scared Pansy.

Pansy was crying and Ginny was tearing up. Where's Ron? My eyes began to water and I felt two arms wrap around me as my tears cascaded down.

Classes were cancelled. Everyone was to stay in the Great Hall due to the possibility that our dorms weren't safe.

It was announced that Ron was missing together with Theo which left Luna in distraught.

Pansy explained that she came down to drink water because she was thirsty. But to her horror, she saw what we saw this morning.

People had mixed feelings about what she said. Some people sympathize with her for losing her fianće and some people believes that she was the one who did that because of her past.

I don't know what to believe. All I know is that I feel horrified and worried. Worried for Ron, ourseleves, and our futures.

I heard footsteps coming forward to me and I turned around to see Harry with bloodshed eyes.

I sighed. "How are you holding up?"

He sat besides me, looking up at the ceiling. "The best that I can. I'll be honest with you. I don't know if I can trust Pansy. She tried to sell us out back at the war. In my perspective, she's worse than Draco right now. But, I'm hoping. Hoping that she actually cares about Ron."

I put a hand on his shoulder. "We'll get through this. We always do."

He smiled sadly. "Yeah. But we always get through this with Ron before. I just don't know if we'll survive this without Ron."

I laid my head on his shoulder and looked at the ghosts flying around, trying to console the students.

"We can do it. We'll do it for Ron. I'm sure he's alive. For all we know may be that isn't his finger. You know Ron's strong. He's probably already shouting or fighting whoever took him."

"Yeah. Ron's strong..."

...

"Mia? Mia?" A shook wake me up from my sleep and I looked up to see Drake.

"Hey. Here, have some food. You haven't eaten breakfast." He handed me a plate of sandwich and fruits and a glass of orange juice.

"Thanks." I accepted his offer and took a bite of the sandwhich.

"What's the news?" I asked.

"Nothing yet. They're still searching and investigating." I laid my head on his shoulder. "We didn't really expect anything like this would happen again. I mean everything's going so well and suddenly we're struck with this."

"I guess we shouldn't have let down our guards so much even if you-know-who's dead, right?" I mumbled.

"Yeah. We definitely shouldn't have. But, we'll solve this. We have each other and our friends. We'll find a way and save Weasley, that is if he hasn't escaped his kidnappers yet. To tell you the truth, I think he's strong. Stronger than an average wizard that he can be considered someone that's quite powerful. I mean he survived the war, right?"

That soothe me. I don't know why but hearing that from someone who wasn't close to Ron made it all the more true for me.

"You're right. Ronald's strong and powerful. He won't back down. He's a Gryffindor, after all."

I gave him a small smile and he kissed my forehead in return.

'Don't worry, Ron. We'll find you.'

Third Person's POV

"Bloody hell!" Ron shouted, spitting blood out when he woke up.

Five dark silhouettes appeared in front me of him holding wands that were all pointed at him.

"Who the bloody hell are all of you?!" He asked trying to get out of the shackles in his arms and legs.

"It's no use, Weasley. I placed a spell on those shackles to make it stronger. You won't be able to get out of those unless you undo the spell," the person in middle said.

"How do you know me?!"

"Who wouldn't know you? You're one of the great heroes of the war. Of course everyone loves you," the man sarcastically answered.

Ron glared at the man, still trying to find out why that voice sounded so familiar to him.

"You don't remember me do you, Weasley?" the man asked lifting his chin up.

"I'll wipe every single one of you until you've realized you crossed the wrong wizard. After you, I'll take your mother. Then, your stupid father until all that's left is that all high and arrogant Harry Potter! I'll make you heroes pay! And that Potter! He'll suffer the most! I'll torture him! Torture him!" The man let go of his chin and kicked him in the stomach before maniacally laughing.

The man turned around waving his wand and crazily sang while doing so.

He went outside of the cell with the other four people with him and locked the cell with a spell.

"Ronald Weasley, you'll do well if you remember me. Always remember your enemies." The man turned his head and body towards Ron's direction.

He casted a spell to make his face visible to his prisoner and with a creepy grin bowed down. "It's nice to see you again."

Ron's eyes widened in disbelief. This man was suppose to be in Azkaban. How did he get out? Azkaban's security heightened since the war. There's no way he'd get out so easily!

"Surprise, surprise! Let's have a fun game, shall we?" The man's cloak swiftly covered the fleeting wizard who all but laughed at Ron's situation.

And all Ron could think was...

'Bastard'.
